Game Day: Suns (11-50) @ Heat (26-32), Mon 2/25/19

Post by Superbone »

Time: 5:30 pm AZ (4:30 pm PT/7:30 pm ET)
Place: AmericanAirlines Arena, Miami, FL
TV: FSAZ/NBALP

Perfect timing for us to play the Heat. They've lost 5 in a row at home and are feeling a sense of urgency if they want to make the playoffs. It's also Tyler Johnson's first game back in Miami after the trade. Look for him to have another good game.

Go Suns!!!

"Perfect timing for us to play the Heat."

Or as the Heat would put it -

Between the Suns and the Heat it should be a hot game.

I predict a Suns loss. Went out on a limb for that one.

BTW, what happened to all the chaos defense that the Suns displayed before this losing streak? It seemed like they were building that identity and it just went away.

Booker got healthy. Not bashing on him, I think he's a great player but there's something going on behind the scenes. The rest of the guys just don't try as hard when he's on the court.

Ugly game. No rhythm to our offense, spacing is terrible, no post ups for Ayton. We're still active defensively but getting killed on the boards. Whiteside is a handful so Ayton's doing his best but we're just small with Jackson at PF.

Something is wrong behind the scenes. This team is better than it’s currently showing.

Ryan Anderson beating us. Have we seen it all now?

If we are going to come back it's going to be with this lineup. Id actually but Holmes in for JJ.

Just turned the game on, have the heat been playing a zone all game?

I watched most of the 2nd quarter at the gym and they were in a zone the whole time. Add it to the list of embarrassing events this season.

Now I'm watching the 4th quarter at home and they seem to have figured something out in the 3rd.

Maybe leave Holmes in instead of Ayton? Or play Daniels?
