Game Day: Knicks (13-51) @ Suns (14-51), Wed 3/6/19

Not the best half but we battled back and have the lead 49-47. The Knicks came out ready to play while we looked like we had a hangover from the Bucks win. They built the lead up to 11 but couldn't break it open because they were shooting so poorly themselves, partly because of our defense. Booker got hot in the 2nd qtr and our defense never fell off which let us stay in the game until we (Booker) started scoring.

I'd like to see us get something going with Ayton but DAJ is on him and he's a tough matchup. We're 3-17 from three so we gotta find something unless Booker goes for like 60. Just not much rhythm to the offense. Jackson is trying to attack but isn't scoring, Oubre is 2-6, Bridges has 4 fouls, Bender is Bender. Could be a good idea to see what Daniels has.

Suns have won 4 of their last 5. I'm terrified of paying Oubre on a small sample size because it's never really worked out for us but you have to keep him, right?

I think so...he wants to be here, fans love him, and he’s playing really well. He’s young and is a pretty solid fit next to booker. Especially if he improves a bit from 3. You kinda have to move warren and or Jackson though if you sign him.

Tyler Johnson played well again tonight. His impact shouldn’t be ignored...we’ve kinda started this run as he’s played well.
