Booker with 48. 2 more measly points and he would have had a 3rd straight 50-point game.
And he had 42 going into the 4th.

Good thing we signed Jimmer instead of a competent big man.

48 points on 29 shots add in 11 assists. Booker has been unreal this week. Can you go winless in a week and win player of the week?

Booker is up to 26.9 ppg...the way things are going, it looks like he’ll almost definitely set the suns single season record for ppg.

Might be the reason we lost. He was playing well and valunciunas destroyed Bender in the 4th

Worst teams over a four-year period since the NBA/ABA merger (1976) -

2015-19 PHO - 85-237 .264
1986-90 BRK - 86-242 .262
1999-03 CHI - 83-245 .253
1990-94 DAL - 82-246 .250
1991-95 MIN - 75-253 .229
2013-17 PHI - 75-253 .229
1995-99 VAN - 57-240 .192

These are the only teams that averaged 60 losses per 82 games that I could find.

What a waste of three great Booker performances in a row.

Book has been special last few. Really turned it up. To hell with people calling it stat chasing, I’m not seeing it. Nonsense.

Yeah I really don't get the stat chasing thing, was the Utah thing a little silly? Sure, but it's not like Booker is just throwing up terrible shots, he's shooting like 56% from the field, down right nutty.

The Utah game was the most efficient 59 point game ever!

Valanciunas was 6/8 against Ayton,

And Valunciunas still manhandled Bender for offensive rebounds/buckets in the 4th. Ultimately the result may have been the same, but Ayton wouldn’t have been pushed around like Bender was.

Ayton was starting to figure out JV. It would have made a big difference, imo.

I'm not saying either of you are wrong; just point pointing out Valanciunas made 6/8 against Ayton. On the season, generally every starting center in the league has gotten whatever they wanted against Ayton.

That’s true. Ayton has improved defensively, but he’s not physical enough. He does ok keeping people off the glass and he moves his feet well. But he lets people get too good of post position. Doesn’t make them uncomfortable in the post. He avoids fouls, probably to a fault. He needs to be more aggressive in the post...offensively and defensively.

We've learned that the POTW award is a team award. If you have the players around you to win, you could win a POTW award.
