The spurs don't find hidden gems and they don't turn these guys into allstar level players. They just draft solid basketball players and coach them well. Guys area ready to play to the best of their ability every night. The preparation gives them ability and confidence and the system makes sure that everyone has a chance to impact the game. But these guys don't go anywhere else and average 20 a game in a traditional system. They don't have that ability.

I like it. Gives them some flow. I noticed Holmes doing it.

That was the first I remember too. Maybe he was the trendsetter.

Anybody else hate these Hulu “sellout” commercials?

I’ve always felt “The Process” is kind of a disgusting nickname, so “Hulu has live sports” isn’t any worse.

Oh, come on. You don’t see the humor in it?

I’m only at halftime but Dudley has been great in the first half of the Nets/76ers game. I love how he’s going after Ben Simmons.

I see more humor in “Hulu has live sports” as a nickname.

Yeah, I was bummed that the 76ers pulled it out after being down most of the half. That was a good trade though. Dudley for Butler.

How about Harden going 0-15 into the 4th quarter before scoring his first basket with 7:30 remaining and still pulling out the victory?

I wish the Nets or Jazz had won their games and made their series more interesting. Dudley had a great game and the Nets are a fun team in general.

Yeah, I was rooting for the Nets. When I was at Barclays Center in December 2017, there was a good vibe in there and they gave me a gentle ribbing for my Suns attire but it was all in fun. Good fans.

Welp, the Warriors figured out the Williams/Montrezell pick and roll. I feel like the Durant ejection and the injury to Cousins a couple of games ago woke them up. They're serious about playing Warriors basketball now.

Also, has anyone been watching the Pacers / Celts? I've only caught a few possessions here and there, but it seems like every time I turn on a Pacers game, they don't seem to know how to get into their offense. The perimeter guys just dick around for 20 seconds, then dump it in to Sabonis. Sabonis then makes a series of great moves that either result in a shot at the buzzer or a shot clock violation. If they would just go to Sabonis first, they would have a good shot every time down. Is that common with the Pacers, or am I just catching special moments of dysfunction?

The Lakers trading Ivica Zubac to the Clippers was such a horrible move. The Clippers have been putting on a front office clinic over the last two years.

Lol I jumped on this bandwagon and got one for work. I’m a mailman in Scottsdale so I’m out there sweating all day.

Brook Mutombo helped put away the Pistons. Bledsoe was really good too.

I know Pistons fans must be cursing that the front office went with Kennard instead of Mitchell, but Kennard is tracking to being a quality player. I think there might be a future for them with making him the primary ballhandler and starting him next to Khyri Thomas. They need a small forward desperately.
