At least Sacramento did us a solid by snapping up Luke Walton first. Whoooo boy. That could have been us having to deal with that nightmare.

Why would any coach sign on with the roster as constructed? Any promise of allowing the coach to grow with the team is a lie. Either win with a G League roster and rookies or get tossed. Impossible.

Stan Van Gundy? After everything he's said about Sarver? I don't think we have to worry about that.

There are so many shitty options, hard to choose which option is the best way to keep us a laughing stock but I’m confident in the current regime to find a way.

Monty is kinda meh...but compared to other names out there, I’ll take him. Although I would have kept Igor around another year.

Monty is a great person. Head coach? I'm underwhelmed thus far. Not that Igor was a world beater but he didn't lose the team and they were starting to come together. OK, let's start all over again.

If Sarver would have hired Griff (given him full autonomy and whatever he wanted) instead of the Pelicans, then they would have fired Gentry and Griff would have hired him.

Unbelievable.
If a great candidate was available I’d be all for it. But all the available names are arguably worse. Much rather have some consistency than to keep rolling out a new mediocre hire.

Booker just completed his 4th year. In that time his head coaches were: Hornacek, Watson, Triano, Kokoskov, and now ??? He's averaging 1 coach per season. What horrible management. There's only been one constant in that time: Bobby Sarver. You make the call!

David Griffin is/was never working for Sarver again. I'm not sure why anyone ever thought that was an option.
