6-0 in my book.

Really a team effort tonight, as much as the others have been, this one saw Bridges fill the stat sheet, Dario had a big 3 late after checking back in, Baynes with another big scoring night and everyone pretty efficient overall. It was a scrappy, choppy game but we toughed it out. Memphis is a tough, young, hungry team and if they hit a few more shots in the 2nd it'd have been a lot closer.

Monty was really swapping guys in and out all night and I wonder if that was by design or because of something else. Carter specifically didn't see a lot of time and Monty went with Rubio for 35 minutes. Tyler Johnson had a strong game too and played some point so I wonder if Monty is tightening the rotation a bit?

Still don't think we're getting the calls we should be. The refs seemed to get worse with us as the game went on.

Not bad to be 4-2 after 6 games. Next up is a 6 game home stretch starting with Philly on Monday.

Interesting to watch Brandon Clarke out there, compared to Cam Johnson, who we took instead. I wanted Clarke, but it's too early to say which is better yet.
Brandon Clarke > Cam Johnson

That will be a tough game. Philly is getting handled by Portland right now, so they'll probably be looking to bounce back.

Any thoughts on the season thus far, Inf?

Incredible start. I'm glad that Booker has regained his touch from 3, I've been a little disappointed in Saric, glad to see Oubre doesn't look like a one-hit wonder, and very impressed with what Baynes has been able to do.

Nah he just wants to bag on the current players. Disappointing honestly.

I bet D’Angelo Russell is wishing he had signed with the Suns.

Never mind. Philly wins. Korkmaz to the rescue.

I'm a big Informer hater at times, but this isn't one of those cases. You haven't been bagging on current players.

Uh thanks, AIG, I think.

I haven't had much time to read or post in months.

Sorry. I just mean, I've accused you of being a big time pessimist in the last, and it's more a realist as we've been terrible. I just meant, you haven't been bagging on the squad this season (or posting much, as you've said).

I hope early on, it's been a treat for you seeing us succeed!

Brandon Clarke > Cam Johnson
Clarke has looked really good far. Which is one of the least shocking developments of the young season.

Proud of the way the guys stepped up in the 3rd quarter after a pretty bad 2nd quarter. What a weird team this is. After Booker, you'd think our second scorer would be Oubre, but it feels like our second option on offense is either Kaminsky or Baynes on any given night.

I was really happy with the game Mikal Bridges had tonight. He just seemed like he was doing a little bit of everything. 10 points on 5-6 shooting, 6 rebounds, 2 assists, 4 steals (!). Lots of hustle and defense. Very impressive overall. I like this guy and want to see him get more minutes.

I also liked Tyler Johnson's game. I am not a big Carter fan and want to see Johnson and Ty Jerome as our two backup guards as the season goes on.

I am warming up to Saric. He hits some big shots and does a lot of little smart things. He's a savvy passer and seems to have high basketball IQ.

I want to like Cam Johnson. Every time he puts up a 3 I want to see it go in. I think the shot is there but he has had several "meh" to bad nights so far. It's his first 10 games in the NBA so I will give him time. But it's hard to see guys like Brandon Clarke out there looking like real NBA players and we're waiting on Cam Johnson to be a rotation guy. Clarke was right there, but no, we had to pick the guy who reminded our GM of himself.

Overall super happy with the team so far this season. This is the most fun I have had watching Suns basketball since we had Dragic.

I've defended INF a few times, but we are off to a great start considering our schedule and how we've been playing the games. The best he could muster after being away for so long is to compare cam Johnson to Brandon Clarke, come on. It was just a disappointing response from one of my favorite posters.
