He sucks this year, maybe we can confuse Bulls FO :) They are a mess. Let's start with the mind games JJ.

I did see a tweet with video where he didn't look to pleased with his coach. Would love to have him on this team.

Not too pleased with his coach is a red flag too.

Lauri surprised me his rookie year, but now he's playing like I expected he would coming out of college. I really don't think he's going to have anything more than a journeyman's career in the NBA unless he finds himself surrounded by all-star level players.

Tyler Johnson for Julius Randle. Who says no?
James Jones? He seems to be looking for particular types of players and I'm not sure Randle fits that. I personally like the idea.
No thanks.

I'd go for Portis instead.
Agreed, but Portis doesn't address the issues at the 4 either.

I don't think he's what we're missing at the 4. We're missing athleticism and interior D at the 4.
Exactly.

I thought about Markannen too, since he has been struggling this season, which might make Chicago listen to offers. But it is going to take more than Saric.

Btw, I am so happy with the flashes Okobo has shown this season. Despite being high on him in the draft, I wasn't feeling very confident after last season. I hope we stick with developing him.

I am also glad to see people are starting to catch on to Diallo's promise. I was really surprised to see how some were really quick to declare that he couldn't do anything.

What’s the story with Tyler Johnson lately. Has he been unwell or is there other reasons for his limited minutes ?

I think his reduced minutes started when Ty Jerome got healthy.

Was tj really that bad? Seems odd to push him to the end of the bench but keep rewarding Kaminsky for missing open layups.

Ty Jerome is a young, talented point guard that needs minutes to develop. Tyler Johnson is an expiring contract that won’t be here next year. Frank Kaminsky is a back-up C/PF that has to play right now since our 2 main centers are out. Like Diallo all you want, but he can’t play out of position at center for 48 minutes a night.

Yes, it would be great to get him back and then Ayton about a week later.

Johnson has been god awful bad according to the advanced metrics this season. Like, 6th worst in the league per minute bad.

48 mins? Not sure where that came from. I mean Diallo could start Over frank. I think that would be beneficial
