Suns News: Week 10 12/30-1/5

Post by carey »

I figured someone would take up the mantle of posting news threads in my absence but alas...

Anyhow, we've won 2 in a row after a fairly brutal losing streak. Could things be looking up for the Valley Boyz?

Not great and my mom is having surgery tomorrow. Just been praying a lot and resting. Just an old boring dude these days.

Alex F'n Caruso is ahead of Booker? What a complete joke.

The All-Star voting is so dumb. It is literally just a chance for the biggest cities in the country to get their players to start in the game. Dare I say the league needs an electoral college equivalent?...

Keep in mind fan voting only accounts for half the total, with media accounting for 25% and players the other 25%. I'm not worried about Caruso playing in the game.

The interesting thing is the players did an even worse job than the fans last year. They didn't take it seriously at all.

Also, how about those voting results for the West Fr**SHABAZZ IS HIT WITH 800,000 VOLTS OF ELECTRICITY, HAS A BLACK HOOD THROWN OVER HIS HEAD, GETS THROWN INTO A VAN AND WILL NEVER BE SEEN AGAIN**

The purpose of voting is to get the fans interested in the allstar game. Seems to me that it does the job - no other pro sport has a fanbase even half this engaged in the all star game.

The last Suns All-Star was...Steve Nash.

Good news:

Gina Mizell✔
@ginamizell
#Suns officially listing Ricky Rubio (hip soreness) as probable to play tomorrow vs. New York. Frank Kaminsky (knee) is doubtful.
Some would even say that these are two pieces of good news.
