It's great to have Fitz as a minority owner, as he offers the POV of a star athlete and what they are looking for out of a franchise. He will arguably go down as the 2nd best WR to ever lace them up and adding him to Jones and Monty give the Suns even more legitimacy to how they are running things.

I haven't looked at much in regards to the draft this coming year. I was thinking though, if the Suns were to jump up into the top 3 or even 1. Would you trade the #1 or top 3 pick for SGA?

I haven't looked much at the coming year's draft class. Isn't it regarded as somewhat weak? (But don't they say that a lot of years?) NBADraft.net has Anthony Edwards first on their big board:

I liked him in Gotcha! and ER. Also, I wouldn't worry too much about getting a top 3 pick. As it stands now, we're most likely picking 12th or 13th with very little chance of moving up.

I'm guessing LaMelo and James Wiseman are up there too. They have high upside and intriguing talent and are arguably more valuable than SGA.

Bkref thinks we have about a 30% chance of drafting 10 or higher. I believe they are factoring in a prediction of final standings. https://www.basketball-reference.com/fr ... draft.html

In any case, there are a few players worth watching in the 10-14 range. Obi Toppin feels like a James Jones pick.

He's going to need to learn to keep the elbow in and we'll have to get rid of that hitch.

The article specifically compares him to Demarcus Aldridge. It also notes that the jump Aldridge made in his 2nd year was much more significant than Ayton. Is that true? It seems like Ayton is already a better rebounder and defender than even the best seasons Aldridge has had.
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

Can anyone tell me why he posted that story with a picture of Fitz with Kobe? Do better, Woj.

Because Fitz/Kobe are going to buy the team and move it to Los Angeles.

50% ownership would be about $800 million. And Larry's net worth is around $100 million.

The jump was more significant because Aldridge only averaged 9/5 his rookie year lol. And Ayton's just getting started this year, so he may still have a big jump by the end of this season.
