Honestly had enough of kickouts to Mikal in the corner where he blows the 3 or dribble drives into 3 defenders

Booker fouled out. Maybe after 9 straight possessions where Ayton never got the ball they'll use him.
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

Sloppy ending and a good thing the Spurs couldn't buy a bucket down the stretch.

Dario had a solid game at both ends of the court.
Played good D on Aldridge.

Booker shouldn't have fouled out... fifth foul was a bogus call.

So was his 4th, a blocking call defending Walker.

Very solid win and nice response off the Pacers L. It was a Spurs' type of game but we battled while being shorthanded again. I hope this doesn't turn into a "what if?" year where we're never fully healthy and wonder "what if?".

So they've matched their win total for all of last year and still have 36 games remaining. I'd have to call it a successful year overall so far. Some of us had unrealistic expectations after the start this year (yep, I was one of them), but objectively, they have a good shot at winning 35 games and I think almost all would have been happy with that after the last couple of years.

No, that was the block/charge with DeRozan. The 4th was the kind of thing that happens on every possession but gets called like 2% of the time.

Yeah. Refs were inconsistent as hell on calls.

Surprising win tonight. I’ll take it! Especially since the refs badly wanted the Spurs to win. My anger towards the officials is taking away some of the joy of beating the Spurs.

Spurs looked like they were on track for an easy win then they just threw away the game plan. It was weird.

Dario had a huge game! I’d love for him to string a few together. Til then he’s still trade bait in my eyes but maybe he’s ready to take the next step.

The bench was 3-16. That’s terrifying. Warriors seem to be fine with dismantling with the earlier trade. Let’s get Alec Burke for a 2nd rounder.

Christian Wood has also playing well for Detroit. He could be had for a 2nd rounder also I’m sure. Just thinking of lost cost additions to boost the bench.

I’ll take any win against SA. I kept yelling at Oubre to stop taking threes. 0-5. When it’s not falling get your rhythm going to the hoop. Yeah, the refs seemed to have money on SA. Pop working the refs near the end didn’t work for him.

Been like 7 years since we won in San Antonio. I don’t see this group changing that.
I didn’t either but they did. Great win and it gave me more confidence in this team. We just have to play that hard, especially on defense, every night.

Book just killing us with these fouls. He's got 5 now and staying in the game. We're kind of hanging on but this is also the "they have us right where they want us" point in every spurs game where we're up by 4-6-8 points and end up losing by 4-6-8 points.
Not tonight! Thank god.
