Only 19 points in that quarter.

Ayton with 6 points and 2 rebounds and the biggest player on the court for Houston this game is 6ft6. If you can't dominate this game, you clearly don't have what it takes at all. Pathetic.
You know what, you’re right. Cut him and be done with it.

Give it a rest.

Ayton had the ball on three consecutive possessions.
Fumbled the ball and almost lost it on one, Clock was running down and Suns took a rushed shot.
Five foot hook shot seven feet away from basket on two.
Brought the ball down and tried to dribble, lost it on three

At this point, Diallo may be a better bet...

Managed to close the half well by trapping harden.
The rest of the team isn’t giving them much in the half court we just really need tighten up the turn overs.
Ayton settling a bit. You know they are going to try steal it from him every time. Hope he starts getting to the Line

I've been one of the biggest Ayton apologists around here. I constantly defend him. But it's starting to become unacceptable that he disappears when he should clearly dominate against this lineup and enforce his will.
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

I just get so tired of most posters here nitpicking every little thing the kid does. We need to give it time. He will dominate soon enough.

We've picked apart the defense nicely the last few possessions, pushed the lead back up to 18. Rockets living and dying by the 3.

Looks like this is one of those 1 in 5 games where everything goes right.

I think the rockets are gonna waive the white flag here. Sit the starters, let the G-League squad finish the game. Get some rest for tomorrow.

Ya, doubt we see Harden. How many healthy bodies do we even have? Not sure we can empty the bench. Lecque and Owens still around?

Rockets are clearly a bit tired and undermanned but f**k em, let’s keep pushing and have a big win.
Thought Ayton did some nice hustle things in the third.

I wish Ayton killed these guys like we all wanted him too but those 2 quick fouls early kinda ruined his rhythm it seems but at the end of the day we didn’t need him to be “Dominayton“ to fucking whoop ass. Let’s be happy with this win and hope the good energy flows into tomorrow’s game.

Ayton’s looked ok. The rockets don’t play a big man, but do a good job of not letting teams take advantage. They collapse on the paint, swipe at the ball. Diallo has crashed the glass a few times, would have liked to see that more from Ayton, but not surprised he couldn’t get some offense going down low. He probably helped the suns get a lot of good looks from 3. Can’t forget that.

*head bop*

I know Kelly is flawed but unless we getting a real star player back that will makes us a real contender gtfo with Kelly trades.
