Inexplicable loss. Absolutely no excuse, this is ridiculous. This should have been a win, plain and simple. When you're fighting for a playoff spot, you can't have a loss like this.
I hate to break it to you, but we aren’t fighting for a playoff spot. We are 9 games out of that spot.

The Suns are sitting in 13th place in the west, 4.5 games out of the final playoff spot.

They aren't fighting for a playoff spot, they're dreaming about one.

This was that oh Drummond is gone, Markieff is gone, Reggie Jackson is gone and Blake is still hurt, we got this one in the bag.

Suns didn't bring the intensity tonight, played passive and......LOST.

Why was Cam Johnson defending Rose on that last possession?

Ugh it seems like Monty never wants to go for the tie. They should have gone to Ayton at the rim.
How many times is Monty going to call for that wet ass play???? Booker to the corner 3 fading away?!! It’s so fucking hard!!! The degree of difficulty is so unnecessary and it has yet to work. For fucks sake call an easier look!!!

Rose looked like he did 10 years ago. Just another pathetic loss at home.

Yep, they would be better off having Booker shoot a 35-footer.

You play with fire, you get burned. That is all.

You can't lose to the teams like Detroit on your own court if you want to be taken seriously.

The Suns are now 11-20 at home.
They owe us a tough road win now.

Hate to say it but we didn't deserve to win and that was pretty much a must win. I think we missed Oubre but we still should've beaten then. Everything kind of felt off tonight. Bottom line is we need to take and make more 3s.
They play with the same intensity they played the last two minutes in the 3rd quarter and they win easily. Instead, they thought they could turn it on in the 4th and they got burned. Bad loss.

its frustrating when the other teams doesnt play amazingly and we just dial it down. Come up with a few bursts so that we all say the potential is there they just need it for a whole game. But it doesnt work that way, we routinely play 3 qtrs of shit basketball. coaches seem to do nothing to address this lack of focus for all the talk of culture. Fed up with the poor shooting. IF we cant shoot then just give it to ayton every time
Saric looks like he is wearing ankle weights under the hoop. I am up for Cam starting. get another wing and an athletic pf on a 10 day. Saric cant shoot consistently so you might as well have faried.

Worst loss of the year just two games after one of our best wins. Its the collective immaturity of this team and the coaches failing to get on them early enough thats annoying. I am not paying for full league pass next year. Probably just replay the games we win so i dont have to watch shit like this.

Do we ever soundly beat shitty teams? Home games against bad teams is what i fear most and yet it should be the fucking opposite
way to fuck my Saturday losers

this team has loser denial. They fucked a hot drunk chick (utah having chemistry issues or whatever) and so they just ride that high thinking we can potentially beat anyone and thats good enough for us. You need to bench someone after a game like this to show its not acceptable. Otherwise what the fuck are you teaching these guys? They're not good enough to be cut any slack.

Ah. The clip I watched didn’t show that part.

Didn't watch and not going to - but from the box score it looks like the starters mostly did their jobs and the bench did not. Story of the season.

And why was Ayton 10 for 12 and not getting 20 shots?

THIS. I cannot stress enough how ridiculous it is that he is dominating (I think he had 14 points without a miss at the half) and he ends up with 20 and only 12 touches at 80% FG. Hey Monty, tell your PG or Booker to get Ayton the ball.

Suns played to the level of competition and got burned.
This is not a Suns team that can mail it in for 2 1/2 quarters against anybody and expect to win.

Booker made a number of really bad entry passes. Cut down on turnovers, better/more passed to Ayton, and the Suns win by eight.

Booker's been especially frustrating on the offensive end lately. I know he's carrying a big load as backup PG, the suspension, injuries, etc but I feel like he makes his own offense a lot tougher than it needs to be and has gone back to pounding the ball 35ft away from the basket for 15 seconds while two defenders are waiting for him and a 3rd is ready to help.
