Apparently, the Lakers waived Troy Daniels. Should we bring him back? We need shooters, right?

A list of organizations run worse than the Phoenix Suns.

Yet all of them have more championships than we do.

Really, both parties are in the wrong - Spike acted like a baby and made a bigger deal out of it than needed, MSG security was doing their job but there's no room for common sense or logic because everyone's afraid of getting fired. And of course, Dolan made it 1000x worse with the PR statement.

Agreed with all of that.

Two of them had the best players of all time. That helps a bit.

Helps a bit when you have an opportunity to draft one of those guys and don’t pass.

2 teams passed on Jordan. Houston got Olajuwon. We got Ayton. Give it time.

And here's hoping (for my selfish peace of mind) that Luka is neither Magic, Jordan, or Bird

At this point, to me it doesn’t matter. We took Ayton, we should have taken Doncic, but can’t change that now. They’re just individual players developing separately. I’m not going to judge them against each other.

Exactly. We missed an amazing opportunity we have only had once in 50 years. Yup, that happens some times. Let's just hope Ayton turns into a great player for us.

I saw some of the Suns Twitter guys comparing Ayton/Luka to Olajuwon/Jordan. The big man drafted first doesn't turn out to be quite as amazing as the swing drafted a few spots later, but both men lead teams to titles and neither team ends up with a bust. I could live with that.

I aspire to live with that.

Nets and Kenny Atkinson "mutually part ways". Kinda crazy thing coming out of nowhere on a Saturday morning after a Nets win while they're in the 7 seed. Still, kinda felt like this was an inevitability with Kyrie and KD joining up and the Nets probably needing to move on with a new coach. Plus, things were off with the Nets all year - probably some of it due to the Kyrie situation and players knowing next year would be different with those guys playing. Some already speculating Thibs, MikeD, Becky Hammond going to BK. I'd like to see Kenny to somewhere like Detroit, Minny, Chicago maybe. Maybe Houston if MikeD is out and Kenny started there.
