The chances of the suns making the playoffs in this Orlando situation are almost zero, but I think it could be hugely beneficial regardless. These will be the most meaningful and close to playoff like games almost everyone on our team has played in. There’s a great opportunity for us to play well and create a positive narrative for our team going into the offseason.

Remember when we started 5-2 or whatever it was? What if we go 5-3 or 6-2? What if Booker drops 50 on a win against the Sixers on National TV? Perhaps we can learn just how doable a Bridges/Oubre forward combo is in a playoff setting.

So I’m excited we get to play, even if we’re not making the playoffs. It will also be nice to just watch a suns game again.

According to Kelly, he has not had a doctor clear him yet.

I agree and think there is a benefit to it, even if they go 4-4 or 3-5. It's a great measuring stick, if they are at full strength to see just how good they are in relation to the playoff teams. Or they can clearly identify the holes that need to be filled.

I hope Oubre doesn't rush back. His health is more important than a win or loss in these special unusual quarantine games.

He's had plenty of time for a meniscus recovery.

I think Oubre should be fine. He still has another almost two months before games. He’s gonna end up being 5 months out from the injury. I’m sure we’ve had some doctors look at him and he’s on a rehab plan now. I will say, if there’s any concern at all with his knee, don’t play him. But under most circumstances, he should be ready to play.

He's had plenty of time for a meniscus recovery.
He has healed, but he hasn't had access to the training staff to do the sports rehab:
Oubre spent the majority of his rehab process isolated away from the medical staff at home.

“Those two guys are through their healing process, but they haven’t had a chance to do the rehabilitation, the sports rehabilitation that would get them closer to playing, so they’re kind of stuck,” Jones said.

Not sure if anyone cares but Amin has been talking about his times as a Suns staff member on the Dan LeBatard Show local hour. Today was part 3. I think the first 2 parts were last week some time.
Go Suns!

Amin loves himself some Amin. He held a position in the suns organization for a few years and has been arrogant and shit talking about it ever since.
