This is how I expected Saric to look in November. It might just be the peak of his ability and he's on a hot streak similar to the run Oubre had in early February.

I keep feeling like when Dario plays well we lose with a few exceptions. Just seems that the other teams plan is to have Dario score and not Booker. Leave Dario, Carter and Rubio open and let them best you.

Not a good shooting night from other guys but there’s a reason Dario, Rubio, and Carter are usually open.

Interesting that only two of those games are since New Year’s.

Suns hung in there most of the game but just quit scoring in the 4th. It definitely wasn’t one of our great shooting nights like the last couple.

regression to the mean when it comes to our 3P%

Bridges just can't have nights where he plays 42 minutes and scores 8 points, regardless of how good he is on defense. You just can't afford to have one of your 5 guys on the court be completely missing on offense for an entire game.

Yea and Baynes came back down to earth, no Cam to spread the floor. Even Booker wasn't taking rhythm 3s from deep like he was the last two games.

The Suns defense just couldn't keep up with the Blazers. The Blazers had all paid attention to the scouting report, and they knew where the mismatches were. They attacked the weakest defenders, and when there wasn't a clear mismatch they moved the ball and got the Suns scrambling. 17-35 from deep is great, but a lot of those shots were open. Ariza, Carmelo, really the whole team came in with the mindset to score and Dame didn't try to break down Bridges one on one. He let his teammates carry them.

I think CJ might be the worst "second star" in the NBA. He just doesn't recognize game situations and change up his approach to the game. He takes the same 20 shots no matter what.

The Blazers came out ready to play at home with a chip on their shoulder. The Suns did alright.
