And the trade market around Giannis will be interesting. Not many teams have as good of a centerpiece as Ayton/Oubre. Admittedly, Adebayo/Herro is better, but we have draft picks.
Is it? I would rather have Ayton/Oubre than Adebayo/Herro, personally.

And Bam makes a third of Ayton's pay. Herro is a gamer and on a rookie deal for 3 more years where Kelly will be expecting a big raise in July.
I guess it's how you want to look at it. Bam is going to be up for a big raise, probably bigger, at the same time as Kelly, and you could probably see a higher ceiling for Ayton at this point, who is on a rookie deal for another 2 yrs.

Ya I like Adebayo. He’s a great defender. He can put the ball on the floor, he’s a great passer. He’s not a great shooter, but I think he’s pretty firmly ahead of Ayton right now. Oubre is better than Herro right now, like you said, Herro is a rookie and comes very cheap the next few years. He’s also a shooter, which is very nice.

If Miami offered me that trade, I’d do it in a heartbeat.

Honestly, Riley isn't one to chase stars and put together big trade packages. He'll figure out a way to get Giannis as a FA and put him with Butler, Herro and Bam. He won't strip the team down to just Butler and Giannis.

Correct, I mean I’d take Giannis in a heartbeat too

Yep. There is the Planet Orange reality, where Aron Baynes is superior to Domantas Sabonis, and then there is the NBA reality. The Suns are at home, and the Heat are going to the Conference Finals. Adebayo is a stud and Herro is living up to the praise Shabazz gave him leading up to the draft.

Giannis is not coming to PHX. Of course, we all would love to add HOF talent, but Giannis would be a crazy fit in Phoenix. He and Sarver would get into a public swearing match the first time the team hit adversity. Sarver would throw things, Giannis would threaten to punch Sarver. It would be all over the news.
