Around the League: Season Resumes
Re: Around the League: Season Resumes
Looks like Houston is gift-wrapping a free win for the Spurs today. Harden not playing? Boo.
Re: Around the League: Season Resumes
Turned on Rockets/Spurs and found a G-League game.

Re: Around the League: Season Resumes
What happens if there's a 3 way or 4 way tie between seeds 8 through 11?
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

I think seeding is done by winning percentage, so San Antonio is actually slightly behind the others. The Bobster wrote: ↑Tue Aug 11, 2020 4:34 pmFour-way tie -

Switch Phoenix and Memphis, the Grizzlies have the tie-breaker.Mori Chu wrote: ↑Tue Aug 11, 2020 4:44 pmI think seeding is done by winning percentage, so San Antonio is actually slightly behind the others. The Bobster wrote: ↑Tue Aug 11, 2020 4:34 pmFour-way tie -

Thanks for the shout-out, but I don't recall ever talking up Dozier.bajanguy008 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 11, 2020 8:17 amGotta give INF a lil shout-out on one of his guys
You wouldn't see him Trending cause he hasn't had no blow up game, big stats or hitting a bunch of 3s but I think P.J Dozier play been really solid in the bubble
Trendon Watford. Please and thank you.

89-86 Mavs with about 2 minutes left in the 3rd. They're clearly trying to win, but they don't have an answer for Dame.

Re: Around the League: Season Resumes
Balzers v Mavs is quite the game at the moment heading to the 4th with POR up 3
So if Mavs win they might have a chance at 6th seed so have a reason to play their guys against us but if they lose they are locked in 7th and might not be bothered about Thursday
Obviously Blazers losing is a good thing
I starting to get confused by the scenarios too lol

So we need to win one more, and we need Memphis or Portland to lose one more.Flagrant Fowl wrote: ↑Tue Aug 11, 2020 4:57 pmSwitch Phoenix and Memphis, the Grizzlies have the tie-breaker.Mori Chu wrote: ↑Tue Aug 11, 2020 4:44 pmI think seeding is done by winning percentage, so San Antonio is actually slightly behind the others. The Bobster wrote: ↑Tue Aug 11, 2020 4:34 pmFour-way tie -

Re: Around the League: Season Resumes
Right. The only way we even make a play in game is if we have a better record than Portland or Memphis. I guess we could have a better record than both, though.Flagrant Fowl wrote: ↑Tue Aug 11, 2020 4:57 pmSwitch Phoenix and Memphis, the Grizzlies have the tie-breaker.Mori Chu wrote: ↑Tue Aug 11, 2020 4:44 pmI think seeding is done by winning percentage, so San Antonio is actually slightly behind the others. The Bobster wrote: ↑Tue Aug 11, 2020 4:34 pmFour-way tie -

Re: Around the League: Season Resumes
Right. even winning all 8 games doesn't mean we make the play in. We were always dependent on others to lose. Too bad we pissed away so many games in the 4th quarter this year, including against some bad teams.O_Gardino wrote: ↑Tue Aug 11, 2020 5:29 pmSo we need to win one more, and we need Memphis or Portland to lose one more.Flagrant Fowl wrote: ↑Tue Aug 11, 2020 4:57 pmSwitch Phoenix and Memphis, the Grizzlies have the tie-breaker.Mori Chu wrote: ↑Tue Aug 11, 2020 4:44 pmI think seeding is done by winning percentage, so San Antonio is actually slightly behind the others. The Bobster wrote: ↑Tue Aug 11, 2020 4:34 pmFour-way tie -

Re: Around the League: Season Resumes
Which is why this Blazers/Mavs game is so important. If the Blazers win this one, I think it locks the Suns into the #10 spot.
I'm expecting the Grizzlies to beat the Bucks and the Blazers to beat the Nets in their last games.

We lost 8 games by 3 points or less. Remember the Warriors game? That alone could be the difference.Indy wrote: ↑Tue Aug 11, 2020 5:31 pmRight. even winning all 8 games doesn't mean we make the play in. We were always dependent on others to lose.
