I don't remember exactly when, but it was at least a year before the draft and someone posted a video of him. My comment was something a long the lines of "looks like we could have our future PG", and a bunch of people here were telling me that he wasn't an NBA PG.

I can never fully enjoy anything Luka. Just hurts too much.
I have nothing against him personally, but his career is going to be personally punching me in the dick probably for the next 15 years. Thanks, Sarver.

Can we just try to sign every player available from Toronto?

I wonder what Ibaka is going to command.

I'd rather go after Chris Boucher than Christian Wood.

I continue to be impressed with the production the Raptors get out of their old guys and role players. Nurse can coach.

I don't have that hurt. I mean, many of us said we wanted him over Ayton, but almost everyone knew we were going to take Ayton. So I already dealt with that. Nobody knew he would be a top 10 player in year 2, though. So I am just enjoying watching him play basketball. He is like a combo of LeBron and Harden. Not as good as them, but an interesting mix.

I personally picked them to miss the playoffs somehow, haha. And now after the first 4 games of the playoffs, I think they’re my favorite for the title.

They're playing great in the bubble and first round so far. But I don't want to get ahead of myself. Plenty of people picked them to be "here" in the playoffs, and plenty would pick them to win a first-round series against a severely depleted opponent. They haven't done the hard part yet.

They are the 2 seed, and finished the season with more wins than any team in the Western Conference. The ridiculous year the Bucks had is the only reason they didn't have the best record of any team. And they look a lot better than any team out East right now, including the Celtics.

They have had an excellent season and have exceeded expectations so far, for certain. And Nurse deserves CotY.

Mostly because he'll be cheaper.

Wood will be paid like a starter, which I don't have much of a problem with, but I'd rather the Suns give Cam Johnson a run at the starting PF spot.

I also think a Saric and Boucher front court off the bench could work well.

Are we not talking about the Morris twins anymore? Here is both a characteristically shady move by Marcus, followed up by a characteristically shady-shade thrown by McD.

Very grateful neither of these individuals are attached to the organization anymore.

It was pretty clear to me his last step was unnatural and intentional.

Yeah, with his history, I can't give him the benefit of the doubt. This is the type of thing that doesn't happen, when coming up to guard someone. If it was a bang bang play where someone was stepping back as they don't see a person or if someone was making a move to the basket, you could see how it would be unintentional. This wasn't like that at all. He knew exactly where he was.

He was looking at Doncic. He made about 4 regular steps, and then he makes a hop-skip step so that he can advance his left foot more quickly. Then he sticks his left foot exactly toward Luka's ankle. It looks pretty intentional to me.

I'm so glad they shipped those two out. Those were the darkest days, imo.
