Ya we unfortunately had the #1 pick in a draft with a possible top 10 player all time and didn’t take him...

So west gets top 2 picks again...at least this draft isn’t loaded.

I’d guess Minny goes either Edwards or Wiseman. A Ball/Russell/KAT team could be fun offensively, but yikes on defense. Edwards gives them a potential big time scoring wing. Though he’s got some Wiggins potential. Wiseman And KAT might be able to play together.

At least we didn't move down.

Not ideal for the Hayes / Haliburton sweepstakes but I could get comfortable with Vassell as our pick.

After the Johnson pick I'm happy to listen to Jones reiterate.

My early guess(hope) at the top 10

Minny: Anthony Edwards
GS: Lamelo Ball(someone trades up)
Hornets: James Wiseman
Bulls: Issac Okoro
Cavs: Obi Toppin
Hawks: Deni Avdija
Pistons: Killian Hayes
Knicks: Devin Vassell
Wizards: Onyeka Okungwe
Suns: Tyrese Haliburton

Could see the Hawks going Haliburton, that would be kinda a nightmare for me. I don’t think pistons or Knicks would take Deni. I don’t want him to be the guy that falls to 10.

I would love to see us trade down in the draft and pick up an asset, and then use the lower pick to grab Paul Reed out of DePaul. I just don't see why he's not rated more highly among the different mocks that I've seen. I think he would be perfect for us.

What does he do offensively? That’s the reason he’s in the 2nd round. The defensive stuff is impressive, but the shot is shaky. I like him in round 2, but I think he’s just a backup 5

We should have been awarded a 5 slot booster for going 8-0.

You know Minny fans are rosterbating to the idea of trading the 1st pick for Booker.

And Nesmith as well with that shooting % .. lucky for us it looks like a guard heavy draft.

I don't know why they're comparing this to the Anthony Bennett draft - there may not be a consensus no.1 or so, but there's talent in there for sure.

Sounds an awful lot like Haliburton to me
