Looks like a training camp body, 6-8 240 with a 7-4(!) wingspan out of Baylor in 2017. Played the last few years with Clips' GLeague team.

I love this move.
I love how excited you can get over the end of the bench.
Chris Paul? Eh. Johnathan Motley (whom I've never heard of)? Oh, my god!

I'm not excited.

Everything is relative, but I think every roster move matters. Motley may not even make the team, but for a camp invite, I think it is a great move. I like what I saw of him at Baylor, and I think there is a little upside still there. And I think those are the kind of guys you put at end of the roster and/or invite to camp. Not the Pat Burkes of the world.
Trendon Watford. Please and thank you.

Smh Lol at y'all comments about Motley

I liked him too coming out of college. Remember him getting some playing time at the end of his rookie season for the Mavs, think Powell was hurt or something like that or maybe it was just tank season but not a bad guy to have in camp at all imo.

The distinction between “I love this move” and “I’m excited about this move” is too subtle for me, even after your explanation.

I don’t know if it’s necessary to clarify this, but my post was not intended as mockery. Quite the opposite. It’s cool that you know enough about these obscure players to have an opinion.
