Game Day: Suns (18-10) @ Grizzlies (13-12), Sat 2/20/21

Time: 7:00 pm AZ (6:00 pm PT/9:00 pm ET)
Place: FedExForum, Memphis, TN
TV: FSAZ/NBALP

The Grizzlies are banged up. They have no business winning this one. Suns need to put their foot down and show them their place in the Western Conference.

Go Suns!!!

Thank 'bone!

Both teams are on a B2B. Grizz beat up the Pistons last night. They're 13-12 and sitting in the 9th spot so is it odd Allen and Anderson are out for "rest"? Don't want to see some little used backups who may not be in the scouting report go off. We know Morant's a problem, JV is a load and Clarke is an energy guy. Bane, Melton, Tillman and Jones should pick up those leftover minutes.

Clarke is also out...though Winslow might make his season debut...probably a lot of Ja and Jonás...Melton, Bane, and Winslow round out the starting lineup?

Yes guys, late checking in today and 'Bone post about banged up surprised me as I literally haven't been online at all today. Gotta agree with Shel as with Brooks injured, choosing to rest both of the wings next up in rotation is strange. Melton and Bane have been effective when given minutes though and just reminding everyone that when we played them the first time they were short handed and beat us.

Either way, much like last night. Let's make wrong things right 8-)

Ya we don’t play Memphis very well for some reason...at least I always feel like we should beat them, but we often don’t

Hmm. I don’t know how I feel about this. Maybe he just needs encouragement in the way of wins and they’ll gradually get a little larger again.

Fun fact: this is the first time the Suns have wore “The Valley” jerseys this season.

Suns playing well all around, Grizz don't have the talent to match tonight but are playing tough regardless. It'll be on us to lose this one. Starters got the lead to 15, subs held that lead with Payne and Dario combining for 12.

A few weeks ago Paul was shooting 28-30% from 3, in the last 5 games he's up to about 56% so the outside shot is really coming around for him.

Suns playing quite well so far. Bridges having a very good game which I always like to see. Chris Paul continues his run of solid play. Dario is awesome off the bench as usual.

We’re making this look easy .. it’s a nice groove we’ve got going, not appearing to be doing too much special but just playing well and playing comfortable.

Yea Brooks annoys me lol and I think his shot selection is always whack but no doubt he ups the energy/intensity for them. Slo Mo is also a key piece but still a little surprised how they look so far
