I was just talking to someone yesterday about half court points per 100. I figured we’d do well in that stat.

Nets are on another level...at this point I’m going to be surprised if they don’t win the finals...assuming they’re healthy. I just don’t see how you stop them.

Shaq does the Tuesday show with a different crew. Just leave him there and replace him on Thursday. And I think you mean Candace Parker, Mori.
Even for someone like me who isn't in the US, I immediately caught that. Was funny to picture lol

So ... Candace-tin a fool?

I watched the Suns-Lakers game and the broadcast was from TNT and those guys are plain awful. I get that they aren't at the live game and all, but come on... try harder.

Better to not know who she is, honestly.

I am often the Glass Half Full type but I have had reservations about the decision to have All Star game and then adding the other events too had me more confused

Maybe I'm just paranoid about it but sure seems like way too many teams popping up with Health n Safety protocols in the run in to this weekend. I didn't even bother to check the logistics like if players still going to ATL from tomorrow to have some practice sessions fore Sunday and stuff.

Any kind of Covid related news down there this weekend will be :? :?

Think they check into their hotels and have to stay there until the game. It’s definitely risky and seems pointless, but I guess it’s a big money maker, so that explains why.

For something a little different.
ESPN and NBA.com weigh in on each franchise's most iconic/best dunkers ...
https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/309 ... est-dunker

No surprise that Amare' is #1 for Phoenix and Nance is #2. Chambers and KJ mentioned because of slams over Mark Jackson and Hakeem, respectively.
No love for Barkley or Connie Hawkins, though. Or Ceballos, for his All-Star highlight.

Normally Lebron would get the first pick, but does Durant get to replace himself first now? Or will he just get the last two picks?

Heh, Book holding up a little sign with Bron's tweet. You know he won't be last to be picked.

Ya I’m most interested to see how high Book goes. Think he’ll get drafted over half the guys who made the team the first time.

I'm hoping that Book will play about ten minutes, then test to see if you can get kicked out of an All-Star game the same way you get kicked out of a Lakers game.

Hard to kicked from a game where no one plays defense.

The Suns broadcast is so much better. It sounds like the TNT are watching the game on delay and only have one angle. They really can't tell what's happening.
agreed. They even seem delayed longer than we are watching the same feed.
That's what I felt like too but those guys missed some very basic things too... For example if the Lakers were assessed two techs to two separate people, why did we only get one free throw? And also no mention that Damion Jones was on the Suns just 10 days ago at all. Plus the play by play guy (Brian Anderson?) was drab like porridge.

I watched the first of the four documentary shows about NBA on TNT. The first episode was really good.
