Game Day: Timberwolves (9-31) @ Suns (26-12), Thurs 3/18/21

Post by Superbone »

Time: 7:00 pm AZ (7:00 pm PT/10:00 pm ET)
Place: Phoenix Suns Arena, Phoenix, AZ
TV: FSAZ, NBALP

Tonight is the first of two back to back games against the struggling Timberwolves in Phoenix. There is no excuse to lose either one of these. That said, we can't play with our food. Finish them early. Let the bench play in the 4th.

Go Suns!!!

If anything, just watch the first 5 minutes to see if Anthony Edwards dunks on Kaminsky.

I'm interested to watch the Ayton / KAT matchup. Last time I felt like Ayton could get whatever shot he wanted on KAT. Hoping he shows that same aggressiveness (and that KAT shows the same poor defensive effort) tonight.

Also, going to be paying some attention to my hunky Rubae tonight. Sighhhhhhhhhhh...

If you are lucky, Rubio will remove the band from his hair and give you a full hair shake before returning said band to said luxurious hair.

How many more players or picks would it take to trade Ayton for KAT?

What? Don’t tell me you’re already tired of DA getting 2 quick fouls when the opposing team has a formidable opponent at center

Think I might have been wrong on Edwards. He looks headed for stardom. Knew it was possible, but I had doubts he’d get there. He’s a pretty likable guy too from what I’ve seen.

Sometimes I wonder how good DA would have been if he had come to the NBA when he was still young enough to jump. It's a testament to his tremendous athleticism that he can still move like this in his late 30s.

14 turnovers is the key so far. We’re scoring well, defending well, just turning it over way too much. Towns and Edwards really the only two doing anything for Minny. Up 5. Should win easy if we cut out the turnovers.
