I haven't read the thread since like an hour before tip

I decided to watch the last quarter at work so now heading home. Just gotta say before I actually go and watch back the game....

I'm very Happy we Won but.....
Oh man I hated how we played the 4th

I'm really Happy we Won but.....
Kept shaking my head that Monty was gonna play CP the whole 4th quarter, really was ready for it to collapse at the end with him being gassed but hey we survived

I'm very Happy, believe me but....
Monty also lost me by having Book mark Jackson when he had 4 fouls especially with Beverly on the court. I didn't have on the audio but was confused, Book quickly got his 5th and then Jackson scored next possession

Don't mind me, I am still Happy 8-)
I didn't enjoy our two star guards just taking turns and not letting anyone else get a shot. CP3 was trying but everything was short, Book forced a couple then fittingly ending in a charging foul.

Always better to have a Win through these growing pains games. Guys were resilient tho 💪👍
Imagine how the other guys feel!

We are 1 win from the NBA finals for the first time since I became a Suns fan after a basketball starved kid moved to Phoenix from New Orleans in the early '90s.

This is awesome.
Go Suns!

Booker was so horrible that I was actively rooting for him to get his 6th foul. Booker fouling out was the only thing that gave me hope we would win.

Book took his mask off and not long after his nose collided with the back of I think maybe Jackson’s head. Booker was grimacing noticeably after that. Book had another crappy offensive game. You know the mask is bothering him almost as much as Beverly.

The Suns/Clipper matchup is two games ahead of the Eastern Conference Championship and that matchup looks like it could go a few extra games. The Suns could potentially have several days to prepare and rest… not to get ahead of myself.

I grew up in AZ but really got into basketball and became a Suns fan as a kid in 1994, so I am right there with you!

It is awesome and unbelievable considering where we were two seasons ago. And it all started with James Jones. All hail to the Champ! Jones hired Monty and then went out and got Paul and the rest is history. Let’s do this!

I’m a kid who grew up in Phoenix when the Suns were the only pro team in town. Fell in love with basketball and the Suns and vividly remember them losing in the 1976 Finals. I’ve been through almost the entire history of the franchise. I was starting to wonder if I would ever see a Suns championship in my lifetime. And now lo and behold we are on the doorstep to returning the Finals where we will have a very good chance to win our first ever NBA championship.

If it happens, we’re going to have to have a .net party in Phoenix. I will fly out and celebrate like I’ve never celebrated before!

I was beginning to wonder if I would ever see the Suns in a Championship in my lifetime. I was hoping the Suns would just make the playoffs this year with Paul and break the long drought. Maybe get a little experience in the playoffs. I never envisioned a year like this. It’s such a rags to riches story.

SO cool.

"I was starting to wonder if I would ever see a Suns championship in my lifetime" Superbone & Nodack: I feel the same way. This was by far one of the ugliest and most nerve racking wins I've ever watched ( Spurs WCF included...)BUT...this team is marching and I just might see it. If there's a .net party, I'll be there. (PS...where the hell is Misteradiant?) :)

Is Mikal on the IR or did he turn into a ghost.

Damn I want to love that guy but we need him and Cam Johnson when Book and CP3 are struggling like they did tonight.

I am getting tired of watching Book and CP3 going one on one all night.

I guess Mikal is playing good defense but I see Paul George getting by him pretty easily and he seems to never get a shot off. I really cannot see giving him huge money this off season. Good Money but not Dominayton money.
I wanted Monty as our coach since D'Antoni left town. Nice choice James Jones.

Shout out to Saric who tapped the offensive rebound out to Paul off the George intentional miss to seal the deal.

George shot 25%

Bridges 13 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 blocks. I say he’s contributing.

I loved listening to Ayton's presser. He said CP3 convinced him that he could be better than he thought was possible and that CP3 was the best thing to happen to his career. He also said that he learned tonight that he could take it to another level as far as competing.

Sometimes, you just need to weather the onslaught. And the time between quarters is as good of a chance to regroup as any. Time for adjustments.
Nailed it.
Just glad they pulled it out. Just a gritty, gritty win

Beverly is going to hurt somebody even worse next game. They let him do whatever he wants and he still complains about it.
Yes, really hate his whining after his fouls.
T him up

Let's go ahead and say it...this is about redemption...for the nightmare of John POS Paxson and the '93 Finals...its redemption for Joe Uberklutz Klein falling on Danny Manning and trashing his second ACL...and its redemption for penalizing the Suns for coming off the bench vs. the Spurs and screwing over the Suns in the conference finals...its REDEMPTION...praying earnestly...1...more...game.

Yeah, we can’t mess around now. We need to get serious about finishing them off on Monday. We could use the rest before the Finals start. Plus, as close as these games have been with the Clippers, we can’t let up one iota. We do NOT want to go back to LA. If we can knock off the Clippers, I believe we’ll be only the third team to knock out both LA teams in the same playoffs.
