Chris Paul loves this team. He made a comment about in his 17 years in the league, this is his favorite locker room. Props again to Jones and Monty.
Oh man I missed it! Did he say it in his postgame presser?
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

Ok so I just got to the sequence and as usual it's so Ironic to hear Lakers bitching when it's them initiating just like with Game 3 stuff

LeBron doesn't block Cam J (that's still killing me that he took off too early) but proceeds to stay down by our bench posturing as if he made a statement
He subs out and then is having a dialogue with Cam J and my mild mannered dude probably just saying you fouled me. I'm guessing somewhere in there the others start to chime in but after all that it is Horton-Tucker who is talking trash to Payne

That's when LeBron gets involved

Again we should have beaten those punks by 40 but anyways
Season is yet young

I think he said it in the ESPN post game interview that happened during SportsCenter. I bet it might be on YouTube.

ETA: I looked and couldn't find it.

I would like to know what started the interaction between Rondo and the courtside fan. The guy shouldn't have touched Rondo, but Rondo shouldn't have been shooting a finger gun in the guys face for 5 seconds. It's a natural reaction to slap away a hand in your face like that.
He was pointing out the guy to security.

I realize that. I'm saying the way he was doing it was also provoking the guy. Maybe he said something that warranted the action from Rondo, or maybe it was Rondo being an asshole. That's why I wish I could know what happened before he started pointing at him.

That's a different interview but similar sentiment. The ESPN one was on SportsCenter following the game. It was led by Ryan Ruocco who was the play by play guy last night on ESPN.

Here it is (a couple minutes into the video):

"I'm a Deandre Ayton guy."--Al McCoy, September 21, 2022.
