When I emailed and called to cancel my season tickets and get a refund, I am getting the "bear with us" message. I wonder if things are working behind the scenes now, or they are just bullshitting everyone.

They are fine with cancelling them, but I have already paid for this year. It is the refund they are balking at, obviously. And saying things like "bear with us and you might not want to cancel soon" but are using 500 words to say that, so it isn't clear.
