Rubio is more than capable of filling in for Garland, but they're already way too shallow everywhere else to not suffer from his loss.
Prevent guys like Dean Wade and Isaac Okoro from having a career game and this should be pretty comfortable for the Suns.

Remember the last time the Suns played in Cleveland? That was a rollercoaster, and it kind of got them in the right gear heading into the playoffs.
