Scared of the clips yet? Haha, really neither of these teams look like they will come postseason. Not sure this game tells us anything

As bad as they've played, the Suns are still within 10 pts.

Winslow out there just tackling guys in both ends of the court. The one ref is having as tough a night. Like a Suns shooting kinda tough night

This. Every time I think he’s coming out of it he plays even worse. He looks like he’s overthinking everything

That wasn’t even a foul on Payton and now they’re checking to see if it was flagrant. FOH

How was that a foul on Payton?
Re: Game Day: Suns (21-4) @ Clippers (15-12), Monday December 13
Love how our “shooters” are passing up shots to defer to guys like Elfrid Payton and Ish Wainwright. Gotta be smarter than that.

I hope JJ is watching this game closely and thinking about our bench playmaking. Payne has a one track mind and is too predictable without someone who can create for himself.
Re: Game Day: Suns (21-4) @ Clippers (15-12), Monday December 13
Elfrid Payton is shockingly bad at finishing in the paint. If there's any sort of resistance at the rim, it's basically a 5% proposition.

That’s about 6 times Morris has traveled this game that they haven’t called. So bad that the Clippers announcers are talking about it

The Clippers announcers are a little annoying to me. Maybe it’s normal for most teams announcers to cheer for their team though…I rarely listen to opposing broadcasts. It’s not that bad, but a little to fan-ish for my tastes.
Well the play by play guy has been fine, it’s the other one I think.
Re: Game Day: Suns (21-4) @ Clippers (15-12), Monday December 13
The play by play guy is fine. The color commentator is dreadful. Huge homer. Didn’t even understand the point the other guy was making earlier about how touching the net on a shot attempt is actually goal tending. Just brutal

That’s former Suns legend Jim Jackson.

Ya, just a little too much I don’t care about the rules, just whatever benefits the Clippers.djy2j wrote: ↑Mon Dec 13, 2021 10:43 pmThe play by play guy is fine. The color commentator is dreadful. Makes sense. His college game calling has always been cringeworthy. Ohio State players have never been known for their brilliance.

Forgot we have 2 worthless roster spots in Ish Wainwright and Chandler Hutchinson. Maybe think about picking up a guy who could actually make a shot in a pinch.
Etwaun Moore and Langston Galloway were more valuable than those 2 and Payton.

We pretty much got punked out there in the parts that I saw. Never got into any rhythm and let the Clippers set the tone on both ends. Very disappointing.
Re: Game Day: Suns (21-4) @ Clippers (15-12), Monday December 13
Shamet has been especially bad and hasn’t been any sort of reliable on offense. His defense isn’t as good as advertised either. I’d look to maybe try and package him with Jaylen to and try and bring an even more valuable piece back.
