Best career ever. 2nd best player ever and he looks like he’s got 5 more productive years in him. I don’t care about all the other stuff.
Ya this is all I’m saying. I think it’s closer than some think, but I’d take Jordan’s peak over LeBron. But LeBron might end up playing almost a decade longer than MJ…and we’re not talking in the sense of how Grant Hill or Vince Carter finished their careers. He’s legitimately still a top 5 player in the nba. I think it’s likely he makes 1st team All-NBA again this year. It all just adds up to a more impressive career.
Honestly I’m not sure Jordan would even be 2nd. Kareem might actually have a more impressive career. Didn’t he win Finals MVP’s 15 years apart?
But yes, if you take out the year and a half of baseball(and the half year of basketball in ‘95 everyone chooses to ignore for some reason) Jordan pretty easily had the most impressive 6 year run in history.
Jordan=LeBron. This isn't the Olympics, we don't need to pick a winner.
It’s also not math. We’re allowed to have an opinion.
Alright, I oversimplified it. My point is that each guy's career defined the game for an entire era. That's the pinnacle of the sport and there will be others who join them.
Send me a PM if you're interested in joining the phx-suns.net fantasy basketball league.
I was in here saying how much I liked Zach n Vuc teaming up last year thought Bulls would be solid but things didn't come together. Another solid off season with additions and I really enjoy watching their games. That's really a crazy back to back by DeRozan
Speaking of Bulls
After his own injury issues and well now benefiting from no Lonzo or Caruso recently. Coby White seems to playing some decent stuff also #neverforget
Sometimes I visit the Concept of Christian Wood on the Suns and I wonder… but then I got to see the Actual Christian Wood and all fades away!!
Seriously, the guy lacks maturity, and is true that perhaps he could be another Barkley, raising up to the occasion on a good team, but this time I pass, I love my drama-free team, not even the Sarver stuff rattled them.
Christian Wood would be a fantastic fit from a basketball perspective, but not sure about the off court fit. Although I feel like we have the type of team that could absorb him as almost our whole team is solid, mature, good mentor type guys. We’d have to move Ayton though and that’s not something I’m interested in right now. He’s showing me enough that I’m keeping him unless it’s for a bonafide difference maker.
