I actually think that the Warriors win this game anyway, which is sad.
The Jazz announced Rudy, Mitchell, Bojan, Conley, and Ingles are all out for tomorrow against Toronto. That one might be ugly.

We probably won't know until the game, but I have a hunch that the Jazz are holding those guys out so they don't have to cross the border. The Warriors did the same when they went to Toronto a couple of weeks ago.

Ya I read that somewhere. If they test positive while in Toronto does that create a travel issue getting back?

Have other teams been doing this? Has Toronto been getting an easy schedule with teams sitting out their better players?

That actually makes sense.

It was a cheap shot and if it was practically anybody besides Markieff I’d feel pretty bad, but Markieff also needs to realize that he was asking for something by committing a hard take foul in a game that was over

It would’ve been a cheap shot had there been no instigation. Nobody in that scenario would’ve run around to face him from the front. As shaq and chuck said, don’t turn your back if you cheap shot somebody.

With the Warriors loss last night, they are 29-9 and we are 30-8 for sole possession of the league's best record. Woohoo!

Who's #1 in the East, you ask? The mighty Chicago Bulls at 25-10. The Nets have fallen to #2 at 24-12.

In the social media age where anyone can post a clip with a caption, I have noticed that "No Look" gets used out of context alot smh lol. This however is some class right here 🔥👍

The sports media so badly wants the Lakers to be good in some way, some permutation, some form.

Well usually I would be dismissive if it was only the national media but I didn't like seeing this article. Seems Lakers are gonna basically look to play like the Bucks, they have done it in small stretches against us usually in comeback mode and Ayton was matched up with him similar to Giannis. So something to monitor

But their defense has been horrible and they've been playing lottery teams, many of them with out their starting centers.

vs. Atlanta (17-21)
vs. Sacramento (16-23 and without Richaun Holmes)
vs. Minnesota (16-20 and without Karl-Anthony Towns)
vs, Portland (13-22 and without Jusuf Nurkić)
vs, Houston (10-25)

Lakers are also without their starting C…I don’t have the Lakers in the top tier, but they’re dangerous if they get healthy. Monk seems to be contributing well for them.

They won’t ever be a good defensive team with all their bad perimeter defenders, but a Westbrook, Monk, Melo, James, Davis lineup will score points. THT is looking better lately. Bradley has been playing ok and they’ve still got Nunn coming back. I think they’ll be able to score. They look like the best of the play-in crowd and I’d expect them to get either 5 or 6 and avoid the play-in all together.

THT is a shooting guard who can't shoot. His advanced numbers are pretty horrible.

If everyone in the West gets reasonably healthy they're clearly behind the Suns, Warriors, Jazz, Grizzlies and Nuggets and probably also the Mavericks and Clippers.
