What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

Man, what a difference since last game. The Wiz made their first two threes and I thought “Uh, oh” and then they go on to miss every one since in the first half. Will we rest Paul in the 2nd half?

The bench was outscored 29-10 in the 4th.
Payton, Jackson, Biyombo and Wainright shot a combined 1/19 for the game.

That ending unit for the Suns was offensively challenged.

Also looks like Ayton shook off that rust. Great 1st half.

Literally need a 40pt lead to rest the main guys in the 4th.

Payton: 1-6, with 0 assists and 3 TOs ... oh, and he missed both free throws he took.

Oh gotcha. Can’t imagine it feels so great in real time but that was a little funny for them to take the most of the damage and get the foul too.AmareIsGod wrote: ↑Sat Feb 05, 2022 7:09 pmI turned the game on late from my kitchen. Suns had 65 rebounds tonight (21 offensive!).
I don't remember the last time that happened.

I have no clue why Monty is sticking with him. He tanks the team whenever he's in the lineup.LazarusLong wrote: ↑Sat Feb 05, 2022 7:19 pmPayton: 1-6, with 0 assists and 3 TOs ... oh, and he missed both free throws he took.

Ok, I was thinking at the end of the third, we better be resting our starters. And then Monty did. I was glad to see it. Of course, that bench group promptly allowed the Wizards best stretch of the game.

Who else does he have to play PG? This is something James Jones needs to fix.carey wrote: ↑Sat Feb 05, 2022 7:51 pmI have no clue why Monty is sticking with him. Jeez. Payton can’t even shoot FTs. One is far left and the next is far right. Inexcusable for an NBA guard.
