Matt Thomas is a walking foul. He's very handsy and borderline reckless sometimes.

Why can’t Payton always play like this? And a McGee 3?

Is this just Monty letting CP3 rest because Payton is playing well?

And Payton…probably won this game for us right there.

Hell of a performance from the bench, especially Elfrid. Best he’s played all year

Fantastic sprint dunk by Ayton and he's rewarded by the officials with an absolutely brutal defensive foul.

How do people still fall for the CP3 rip through?

Damn right that was an offensive foul. Lavine did the same shit to Ayton.

Nice officiating by Billy Donovan there. These refs are out to lunch.

Payton had a nice half; credit where it's due. Vucevic is shooting just 1-6 in the first half. Book is shooting 8-10 including 3-4 on 3s; otherwise nobody is shooting very well from distance for us (unless you count JaVale, lol).

Book might've been able to make a play for Mikal at the basket before halftime. Mikal looked a little disappointed.

Great half tho. Book with 22 on 8-10 shooting. The rest of the scoring is really spread out - DA, CP and Elf with 6pts, McGee and Crowder with 7 and Mikal with 8. Lavine has 16 and DD 12 but the Bulls are only shooting 41%. They don't take a lot of quality shots so that plus our defense has kept them in check.

Definitely Elf's best stretch of play. He looked a lot more decisive going for the layup when he was driving instead of being hesitant or looking to pass. Good McGee showed up tonight with the energy. DA is struggling with fouls because the refs are just awful tonight.

Watching the NBA TV halftime show. Candace Parker is very good. I like her analysis and commentary a lot. Glad they found her and are putting her in a position to succeed on-air. She can even hang with the old guard NBA on TNT guys like Shaq and Chuck, which is not always easy.

Why does Ayton wait so long to roll to the rim?

I think that’s part of why some of us get frustrated with him…he’s very deliberate and rarely explosive

What are the bulls doing right now on defense? Wide open 3s all over the place for us.
