I think we're making a point of getting out in transition for easy baskets to limit the halfcourt sets without CP. CamJ started but Holiday came in midway thru the 1st.

Suns are winning this game with amazing defense so far.

When the Suns cut off dribble drives by SGA and Giddey, OKC is out of ideas. Their best shots have come off of backdoor cuts by Wiggins. Nice plays by them but not enough to worry the Suns.

9 turnovers by the Thunder…big key here is they were all live ball turnovers. Suns with 9 steals

Besides the bad lob pass to start the game and one reckless pass out of bounds, Booker has been good running the offense. Everything looks the same in terms of ball movement and offensive flow.

The no Booker lineups might be rough. This is where we could really use Payne

Seeing some limitations in Holiday's playmaking. He's made the wrong decision at least three times in this second quarter.

That was a slog of a second quarter. Never really found a rhythm with Holiday running the offense and Shamet is back tossing up bricks.

Yea our defense was definitely the catalyst
Too many of the guys telegraphed the lob to DA and JaVale when it wasn't on

Holiday off ball minutes were awesome but agree with "FF" about his point guard play in the 2nd quarter

Mikal assertiveness is good even though there may be a couple low efficient shots mixed in there but all part of developing. Twin Cam struggling a little

Holiday looking great off the ball. Another 3. Shamet got rejected at the rim. I really hope he gets it together. Going to need him the rest of the season.
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

Good 3rd for Cam
DA really struggling tho

Book really trying to run the offense and facilitate which has meant no scoring in bunches in the 1st n 3rd quarters as has been the norm when playing shooting guard.
Interested to see how he plays down the stretch in terms of looking to score vs facilitating cause again that's what CP3 has mastered

Here we go again
Just like against the Rockets, I'm guessing Monty checks with Book and he obviously says he is fine so doesn't sub to start the 4th

In that game Book ended up playing the whole 2nd half and probably might do the same tonight......
We can't do this every night tho :?

I HATE when McGee tries to dribble and be a guard. He needs to know his role. That was terrible.

It's a shame this version of Ayton came to the game tonight.

Could really use a guy like Biyombo tonight with this terrible center play.

Our max contract wanting center has taken only 5 shots with 2 min left in the game.
Go Suns!

I know he's been out for a while, but SGA doesn't look like the same guy he was the last time the Suns played the Thunder. He's had some really dumb turnovers in this one.
