Time: 6:00 pm AZ (5:00 pm PT/8:00 pm ET)
Place: Paycom Center, Oklahoma City, OK
TV: BSAZ/NBALP

After what has seemed like the longest break ever, "The Fellas" are back ! (well most of the gang). So here we are, 2nd half of the season to navigate without CP3 with the young Thunder first up. Peeped a couple of their games and they seem to have a bad habit of starting slow but they do usually battle back and always play the full 48. I believe Monty commented on how hard they play after one of our matchups, they also have a bunch of single digit losses getting out executed in the 4th, will we still have that advantage without CP3 ?

Go Suns !!!

I basically made the thread so early because I didn't even realize Cam Payne been already ruled Out.

As others have discussed, I'm fairly certain that we closing with Point Book so I'm interested in how Monty manages the minutes. Does Book still play the whole first quarter ? If so does he do the two PG lineup to start the 2nd ?

I just hope Book minutes not too crazy. We all know if things get bogged down Book gonna always be telling Monty he's not tired (put him back in/ leave him in). He for sure looking to take up this challenge and itching to show the league he can lead the team to wins

I had my feelings that they would drag this out and keep him on ice.

Giddey has shown alot of growth in the time Shai been out, also been improved play from Bazley. I expect the Thunder to be up for the game

Almost have to close with Point Book if Payne is out. Unless Holiday explodes for some reason..I imagine Payton starts, but I hope Holiday gets more playing time.

This feels like a loss to me and I already have money on OKC +9. Hopefully that's a sign of good things to come.

regardless of what lineup starts, the closing lineup should be Book-3 wings-DA.

I’ve never seen somebody so excited about the return of Landry Shamet!

So here we are, 2nd half of the season
Direct tv is pimping the NBA’s second half of the season coming up for a reduced price.

NBA Season = 82 games
Half a season = 41 games

Team played 58 games= just now starting second half? We are 17 games past the half way mark. The All Star game is always considered the half way mark. It’s not. Just a pet peeve.

I’m rooting for Shamet. Think we should start Holiday, but that might not go so well with Payne still sidelined.

Welcome back basketball, I missed you. I'm feeling a Booker triple double today.

I wouldn’t be surprised is Holiday starts to keep Payne with the second unit.

Suns should not take this game lightly. With SGA back, Thunder are not nearly as bad as their record states. And we will have to make major adjustments with CP3 out.

It would be closer to the midway point if you count going very deep into the playoffs. Just my $.02

I don't think NBA LP airs playoff games, do they?

LP does not pick up games that are on National TV from my understanding. I've clicked on LP on a game that was on TNT the other day and it did not have the game on LP.

As far as charging less for League Pass, maybe they figure people will be more interested with football over and college hoops about to wrap up after March Madness...or just maybe they think consumers are dumb and don't pay attention to simple math.
I feel a little embarrassed that when I did my initial response about the Playoffs being part of the second half of the season, I wasn't thinking about the League Pass deal.

Sloppy early without Paul…we should settle into the new roles though. May just be all star break rust as well.

I can't help myself but count the number of poor passes from Booker.
