Around the League: Week 26 (4/11 - 4/17)
Re: Around the League: Week 26 (4/11 - 4/17)
Since moving to Sacramento in 1985 the Kings have had 8 winning seasons and they were the 8 years coached by Adelman…one of the craziest stats

Cavs the only team to match us with 3 representatives

I don't really like Ja Morant as an MIP candidate. I think that award should be won by a player who wasn't well known the prior season(s), but that's just my preference.
That said, Morant's numbers really shot up this season so it's not like it won't be deserved.

That's laughable.. Bridges has been the best player in a game about twice this year but he's a prediction for finals MVP?

My fellow fantasy leaguers might recall their mild surprise at my Jordan Poole pick feeling I took him a bit early in our draft so I not being prisoner of the moment
Thought he was going to beat out Herro who they would give 6th man to
Dude ain't even a finalist

He started too many games, wasn’t eligible for 6th man…was probably close on MIPbajanguy008 wrote: ↑Sun Apr 17, 2022 5:21 pmMy fellow fantasy leaguers might recall their mild surprise at my Jordan Poole pick feeling I took him a bit early in our draft so I not being prisoner of the moment

Herro wouldn't be given both and Poole would beat out Garland
Fair or not to Ja, I agree he probably not really a fit for the MIP

I’m ok with Ja at most improved…I think he was. There’s nothing in the award that says you can’t be above a certain level. He went from an exciting young top 40ish player to a top-10 guy.
I liked Bane and DeJounte Murray too. Garland was pretty good last year so I would’ve left him off. I looked at Poole and while numbers aren’t everything, it does seem that a lot of his improvement was just more playing time. His per-36 numbers are pretty even from the year before.
