KD is really going to have to force things now, if he really wants to come to the Suns, since the Nets do not want Ayton.

Gambo says Nets do NOT want Ayton.
So need a 3rd team, probably was the easiest way anyways

I don't really have an issue with sending them booker if he's going to want max money in his next contract.

I don't think he's a $50 million player.

You would come out ahead in the short term (Durant>>Booker), Brooklyn would come out ahead in the long term if they resigned Booker.
If Booker and Ayton's relationship is really irreconcilable, I might do it (if we keep Ayton). But you might be able to get a younger star for Booker.

Oof, Booker straight up for KD would be a hard pill to swallow. They’d have to move Simmons first, but a CP3-Cam J-Bridges-KD-Ayton team is very good. I don’t think there’s any chance we move Booker though, like literally 0

3 team trade

Raptors get: Ayton
Suns get : Durant
Nets gets: OG, CamJ, Saric, Crowder, plus picks from Toronto and PHX.

Yep, Raptors would be a good one…or Atlanta if Brooklyn would like Collins.

Also trade CP3 for Lillard or Kyrie and I'm sold.

It is telling how many teams are not interested in 4 years of DA at a max contract.

Yeah, I can't believe they could move Simmons in the next hour or so. But you never know.

You don't trade the one guy you drafted that stayed when we sucked without ever asking for a trade, went to an NBA finals with your team and just wrapped up 1st team All NBA. Oh, and he's 25 years young.
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

Agreed, I still maintain they are just posturing for the best deal and know Booker is untouchable…he’s most likely the biggest reason we are KD’s top choice.

So Ayton is easily worth over 30 and will be considered cheap in 4 years, but Booker isn't worth 50 in 4 years?

Durant has made it known who he wants to play with. I don't see him wanting Phoenix if Book isn't here.

But if KD is as great as you're claiming, then why should Booker be untouchable?

The Suns aren't trading Booker for KD.

The whole reason the Suns are #1 on his list is because of Devin Booker and not because of Monty's daughters or a hIsToRiCaLlY eFfIcIeNt CeNtEr.

Well on paper he’s not, but it comes down to KD’s wants. KD likely doesn’t want the suns if Booker isn’t here. It’s like the KG-Marion stuff…KG wanted to play with Amare and didn’t want the trade if Amare was part of it, that’s why it had to be Marion.
