Gordon isn’t really a pg…I don’t think Russell is an option, he’s on a max deal. Can’t imagine Bledsoe would come back here. Not with Sarver still here.

My top 2 are Kemba Walker and Vasilije Micic.

Names floated...

Eric Gordon
Eric Bledsoe
D'Angelo Russell

Thoughts?
Eric Gordon isn't a PG
Bledsoe isn't good
Russell is under contract with MN and seems to be happy there.

How about CP3's old backup, Dennis Schroeder? I've heard that he may take just a minimum. Didn't he win or get close to 6MOY when they played together in OKC?

Ya I wouldn’t hate Schroeder, especially at the minimum. I don’t think he’s the player he was in OKC anymore though.

After what went down between he and Book, I don't think it would be a good idea.

Nor would we want him. Can't believe VT had the gaul to put him in the list. He's not welcome here.

What went down between him and Book, I don't recall?

Yeah I am not sure he is all that different from Payne at this point.

They had some spats in that Laker-Suns series…spilled a little onto social media.

Kemba's cooked. He shouldn't be on any list. If CP liked Schroder, he'd be signed. Probably doesn't think he's the kind of guy you want in the lockerroom.

I get the feeling we're rolling with our guys unless a major trade comes along. JJ talks continuity, Monty knows and loves Payne and Shamet so they'll give them an offseason to keep working at things. We have one open roster spot and still some question marks at PF so maybe Ish or Sarr get a look.

I think Kemba and Schroeder are essentially the same player.

Oh ok. I didn't remember that. Didn't Book have a spat with Crowder that also spilled over onto social media?

Schroder's bigger, can play point and can still actually play. Just a question of attitude and why no team keeps him around (I know the Lakers offered him that deal but they would've regretted it).

Ya, that was more trash talk. It was when Booker scored 70 on Boston with Jae guarding him. I believe Jae said he’d never seen people so happy after an L and Book said, you can’t guard me.

Book had that flagrant 2 on Schroeder where he shoved him while in the air. But you’re right, I’m sure players have spats all the time and end up teammates…Book had one with Troy Daniels too before he was a Sun.

I really want Schroder. I think he's by far the most talented of the bunch, and we can deal with any attitude issues with our team's culture.

I don’t think there is any chance of Indy moving Haliburton. McConnell would be gettable I think
