Counterpoint: A literal trash can offers more to this team currently than Jae Crowder.

I get all the anger with Crowder. But let’s also not forget that we don’t have a lot of attractive pieces to work with right now in terms of upgrading this team, so I certainly would like to get something useful in return.

Worst is Grayson Allen

Best is the Harrison Barnes one but that was from the summer and I’m not sure Jae was actually mentioned in it.

I guess I’d take Barnes. I feel like they’re holding out for picks.

Nah it says 3 team trade so Allen would be going elsewhere if that’s actually the deal.

Like I said, Jones would never acquire Grayson Allen.

How about Crowder to Milwaukee, Allen, Saric, 2 2nds(1from each) to Houston, Gordon and KJ Martin to Phoenix?

I would love to get KJ Martin. And I would prefer Shamet be part of that deal instead of Saric.

I also think it might sense to save Crowder to package with Ayton.

Ya I don’t think they want to move Martin anymore.. he requested a trade earlier, but he’s playing now, so it’s probably not likely, but they may want to free up minutes for Eason/Jabari Smith

First I’ve heard it fell apart, does this guy have a source? I’d take Gordon. Would want to move Shamet/Saric for a 4 afterwards though.

Mil- Crowder.

Who is the first coming from? Us? I’d hesitate on that and would need Shamet leaving if that’s the case. What if we send Milwaukee two 2nds and they send the 1st to Indy. They are getting a prettt significant upgrade from Allen to Crowder.

Adding Buddy Hield is not worth a 1st rounder. And I like Buddy Hield.
