Is there a dumber group than the 2022-23 Minnesota Timberwolves? From front office down to the roster, they're all basketball morons.
Just a collective bunch of assholes.

Does Ayton just not care? Ends the game with 9 & 6 while looking totally disinterested. Totally.

I’ve been one of the biggest Ayton supporters on here, but something has to change.

Ayton couldn't look more disinterested to be there.
Guys, he can't pass to himself.

FWIW, he had a pretty decent first half, then went into cruise control when it was clear we were dominating the game.

I feel like he always has trouble with Gobert's size inside but tonight he really looked like he was dogging it most of the game.

9 and 6 for Ayton? Wasn't that the same goddamn statline he had at the half? I didn't watch the game but that's fucking terrible.
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

Are we sure he actually isn't Joe Kleine? Like, did anyone check?

Yeah his effort was pretty poor. I wouldn't care so much if he were making Torrey Craig money. Craig also had a pretty forgettable game other than a couple threes. But he's a max guy now. Max guy means max effort all the time. He's had a pretty lazy start to this season.

And if the argument is they don't pass it to him, my reply would be why would they? If I'm playing with a guy whose dogging it I'm not going to pass it to him either.

I love the defensive intensity the team seems to like to go to this year. When they aren't hitting shots or the offense is bogged down it seems they turn up the D to create offense. It's great to watch.

Book, Payne and Bridges were all great.

Shamet hit his shots, including some momentum-swingers and quarter-enders which he's been missing lately.

Ayton...sigh. When your starting center has fewer that 3 combined free throws, blocks and steals, it tells you what you needed to know about his physical engagement.

This is a bit of an arbitrary number, but I feel like it's a fair ask that if you're a center making the max, you should have no fewer than 15 combined rebounds, blocks, steals and free throws every game. Ayton has hit that once so far this season.

Why are KAT and Gobert out at the same time? I’d be staggering those two as much as I could.
Both were in very early foul trouble.

Wolves are the dumbest team I've seen in a while. They desperately need some heady guards and some grit.

Can we steal McDaniels from them for Mr. Toughness Jae Crowder?

Suns had 39 points after the first quarter and 91 points with 4:30 left in the third. Then 101 with 2 minutes left in the third.
