IMO the Jazz hot start is mostly bogus and fake. They have some nice players, but nobody there actually has anything to play for and the org doesn't actually want to win. I think they're going to start losing a bunch of games and start living up (down) to expectations.

From what I've seen, the players are well coached and playing for each other. They have played well. I certainly wouldn't take them lightly tonight.

If I can find some cheap tickets, I'm hoping to take my 6 year old with me to the game. But crazy Jazz fans think their team has a decent record so time to gauge for nosebleeds...

We’re for sure losing this game now because of this post. Thanks a lot! 🤬

Yep. At least we know who to blame.

The Suns are typically vague with injuries so maybe it's something more than a bruised heel. Could also be us just resting him and letting others step up in the regular season. If we are resting him or being super cautious to save him for later on, it wouldn't make sense to burn out Book and Mikal either so something's gotta give.

I knew the Jazz were playing well but the 10-6 record surprised me. I don't think Ainge ever intended to really tank and go for just 15-18 wins, but wants to establish a competitive culture with good young players even if they might not win a ton. Sexton can be a problem on both ends, Lauri was always skilled and Kessler is looking pretty good in limited minutes. Beasley can go off, so can Olynyk and Conley is still as solid as they come. Remains to be seen if they can keep it going but they're coming off 3 straight Ls. Can't be taken lightly.

Apparently I don't watch enough Jazz basketball because I had no idea they started Vanderbult, Olynyk, and Lauri. That's a lot of length.

Seems odd the Jazz would wear their blue jerseys against our turquoise?

I can already tell this will be another game where the FT disparity is going to greatly favor the other team.

This is ridiculous. Jazz got 31 points with 5:30 left in the 1st.
