Id rather Ayton take a contested middy than let cam payne take that shot.

Remember how Booker just said he remembers what it's like to score 50 and lose after Steph did it? Yikes.

On November 18th?

Not so much, IMO. Maybe don't get into a 20-point hole to start the game.

For sure, the coincidence/timing just hit me, though.

Before Book's putback at the buzzer, Deandre Ayton scored or assisted on 5 of our last 6 baskets.

EDIT: That was all of our baskets after Ayton entered in the 4th with 9:12 left, down 7.

Absolutely a heartbreaker. Heartbreaks don’t care about date. Would it be worse if this game was in May? Of course. But a loss like this still stings very much. It’s probably only 2 or 3 on the heartbreak Richter scale but it’s still heartbreak none the less.

All the sudden we're 1/2 game out of 9th place.

Once again our two most important possessions we go to Cameron fucking Payne who travels and Damion Lee who launches a terrible shot instead of giving the real guys that matter an opportunity and experience

That happens when 40% of your starting lineup is injured. And your probable sixth man won’t play.

Jazz hitting everything they throw towards the basket.
And unfortunately, we were not. We had so many put back misses at the end. Just one of those goes in changes the complexion of the game.
