I just wonder how many times Wilt did it.
To be fair, it wasn't nearly as difficult for a guy with his gifts during that era.
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

Still not a 30/20 but the first ever 30/15 game for Ayton, with 30 points, 16 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 blocks in only 31 minutes.
Strike that. They took away 2 of his rebounds just now.

Book was great. Ayton was great. Such a fun game.

One thing with Ayton. It's not just his effort and force over the last few weeks. His footwork and post moves have leveled-up over this stretch. He was busting out drop steps, countermoves, pivots, the whole bag tonight. 9 free throws. Beautiful to see. Props.

He was leveling up each quarter…more points and better efficiency with each…he was gonna drop 30+ in the 4th and pass Kobe haha

Book has 25 points on 10-14 shooting, 5 assists, 4 boards. Just an absolute monster of a half. Ayton chipping in 16 points on 7-9 shooting and 9 boards. Really impressive outing by both of them.
And then that Booker third quarter.

I was gonna say it's like one of those math riddles...so if 9 turns into 16 turns into 26...that would be 39 in the 4th? For 90 points lol.

And it's actually 95 points the last 2 games (44 + 51).

I am also watching the game just now. About 8 min in, DeRozan had a post up on Payne. I don’t understand why that play is not a travel. The announcers and crowd and players all didn’t complain about it, but he clearly picked up his pivot foot before the ball left his hands. And it’s not like he leapt with two feet.

I don’t get how rebounds can be awarded and taken away. Guess they can give it to someone else?

I see others sharing my sentiment
Booker going supernova is always cool but the fact that tonight was a legitimate 1-2 punch with him and DA had me sheepishly grinning

Is tonight the best ever combined performance by Booker + Ayton in the same game? It has to be, right?

More excited about DAs 9 FTAs than Books 51.

I know Book can drop 50 and expect it. I need to see those 9 more often, that’s what will get us to a championship.
