I actually get why Luka is complaining about that offensive foul call. He gets away with it all the time. I wish refs would call it more because all the big scorers do it. Even Devin. Tatum and Harden do it too.

Love how Dwight Powell cut off that pass that was going to a wide open DFS for a 3.

Terrible defense on that Luka P&R 3.

Suns all out of sorts. Super Bowl for Luka since his hero ball had lead them to a 10th seed so far. Must win for him. He is a little bitch though

Their shit offense is putting too much pressure on the Defense. It’s blown open.

Ugly first half. Looks just like the playoffs. Book struggling with his shot, no one else really a threat. DA's been solid but he's not beating the Mavs by himself. And everything's going right for the Mavs on offense. Luka's doing whatever he wants, Josh Green had real good minutes ad THJ's hitting his 3s. They're doing to us what we just did to the Spurs.

I'd hate to think Kidd is really outcoaching Monty or that Luka/the Mavs are just going to have our number. Hopefully we get our legs in the 2nd half and make a run to get close.

The defense has been poor. I don't know what Booker was doing on that THJ 3-pointer. Okogie ended up trying to close out on him, but Booker is the one that fell asleep on that play.

Looks like the Suns must have Covid. One, maybe several players.
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

I would love to have an athletic wing like Josh Green for Monty to deploy. James Jones views athleticism as a negative though, so that isn't happening.

Kidd does outcoach Monty. Just like Budenholzer did.

Guess I should include Bridges and Payne in that too.

He isn't doing it by himself. He certainly has been active and alert in moving without the ball, but Cam, Booker and Bridges have been finding him off of their penetration. Ayton isn't out there getting the ball and going one on one.

Candance Parker just nailed it: "They're going to need him to make plays and get buckets, and not just have offense created for him."

And this isn't a knock on Ayton; it's just understanding what is happening out there.

Mavs just have our number suddenly. Whatever adjustments Kidd made, Monty should take notes

If we play this team in the playoffs as currently constructed we will lose in 5-6 games. Blame Covid if you want but Mavs just have our number.

I know Landry is a good guy, I know Monty loves him and would let him throat fuck and creampie his daughter but he’s becoming one of my least favorite Suns. I think what we traded and the contract is probably the driving force for that but I can’t help how I feel. I hate him on this team. He does nothing for us. Nothing. He can’t get traded soon enough.
