I know it's a couple weeks early, but information is starting to roll in about the roster.

Was wondering if we'd sign an UDFA or 2.

He's a PG. I never figured him for the pro's so maybe this is a favor to someone. Last year he put up like 7 points and 4 assists, so.... dunno.

I think he's like 5'10", 160 lbs or something like that.

Mmmm... well... Stockton... Hornacek... yeah... some kind of personal conection could be on play...

So, this would be exposure to get the kid into NBDL/overseas, I guess.

Typically the best of the undrafted guys will go to Summer league squads that don't feature a ton of rookies or sophs, so I don't see us getting too many intriguing guys on our team. I'm fine with that. Let Ennis/Archie/Warren/Brown/Len get as many minutes as possible.

the summer league suns starting 5 should be len, archie, ennis. warren should come off the bench. if you start these 4 together, len will be the forgotten man.

Spot on. Some notable undrafted free agents and their summer league teams:

Patrick Young, Pelicans.
James McAdoo, GSW.
CJ Fair, Mavs.
Roscoe Smith, LaQuinton Ross and DeAndre Kane, LAL.
Sim Bhullar, the massive 7'5 350 center, will try his luck with the Kings.
Jahii Carson, Rockets.

Where do you get your info, RW. Or is that classified?

Ha! I'm friends with this Google guy. Many web sites like Bleacherreport have put up lists about this topic, basically gathering together tweets from Alex Kennedy, Aldridge, etc.

BTW, Bachinsky will play for Charlotte.

Hoping they give Len a lot of minutes and let him play through any errors both in the SL and pre season.
We couldn't really do this last year but now we have our chance. Looks like he has spent plenty of time in the weight room also

I think I'm most excited to see if Len shows he's ready to progress. No timid gentle giant crap or fumble fingers, if he's gonna be any good he's gotta dominate in SL to build that confidence. Archie/TJ/Ennis will be fine, they've all shown that instinct and confidence in college (or flashes last year in Archies case) that I'm hoping Len can show this year.

Well, I appreciate you consolidating it here.

Yep, Len won't have any excuses with Ennis getting him the ball.

I'm happy to just see more extended good play. By that I mean a few games where he looks great. I still expect a few averages games at this point but at the same time I want to see clear progress - more confidence in the post, less fouls, better anticipation of receiving passes.

I also hope the coaches run plays for him each game to get some repetition and build that confidence. He said last year he did a lot of things in practice but doing them in a game setting very different - that first post fadeaway he did against Orlando for example

I want to see his speed and agility back. If his body responds, I believe he is a sure factor on the boards and altering shots. I can wait on everything else.

If you were Sim Bhullar why wouldn't you have got yourself a personal trainer a long time ago. Few guys that height can add that many pounds so that almost gives him an advantage. But he was even in bad shape in highschool then spent 2 years as a college athlete and doesn't look overly different! I mean when your are 7'5 it's pretty obvious where your future lies
