I really hope Mikal keeps this energy when Book comes back.

I hate to bag on Craig because he’s really a 9th man being forced to start, but I kinda cringe everytime he does anything other than catch and shoot or crash the glass.

Craig nailed back to back 3s after this, but I did say I’m cool with him catch and shooting

We should stagger them…usually Mikal and Book match minutes but I’d take Mikal out a little earlier and bring him back in when Book sits at the start of the 2nd/4th.

Gotta keep your best defender on the floor against their best scorer though. His defense is too important to stagger him for his offensive game.
Jones and Vogel gotta go.

Detroit has 22 rebounds, Ayton has 15.

Nice to see Ayton show up. I get in his ass because he's capable of this every night he's on the floor. That's what drives me nuts.
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

When Ayton's too dominant, Monty always punishes him by benching him for extremely long amounts of time.

He left the entire starting unit on the bench(except Mikal). It’s not always about Ayton. Jock was having success

I really think the ceiling of this team is pretty high if we get healthy. Get me two more rotation guys and I’m happy. One backcourt guy and one frontcourt(preferrably a small ball 5 option)
