I turned on OT and was surprised how little they went to Mikal. I thought he was running more stuff(maybe he is during the flow), but every play in OT was straight out of the Dallas playbook. Get a the switch and let Dinwiddie drive and kick.

And he hit his Dallas teammate for the game winner.

More like he hit Ant and Conley for the game winner.

Not saying it didn’t work…Brooklyn hit their shots(Mikal hit the game tying 3), just thought Mikal was more involved and he has been during the games I’ve watched. He was just standing in the corner or on the wing in OT though

I miss those guys. I like our current team a lot, but it would have been really amazing to win a title with the core of Book, CP3, Bridges, Ayton, Cam Johnson, and all the others.

Yea we had a fun, homegrown kinda team with those guys. Wish we could've kept Mikal around because he's so easy to root for. CamJ is great too but the injuries are such a downer.

What would have been even cooler, and was within our grasp, would be to replace CP3 with Haliburton and win a title with a homegrown starting five.

There are a lot of fascinating pivot points in our history:

1. What if we just paid Joe Johnson
2. What if we drafted Luka
3. What if we drafted Haliburton(or Maxey or Vassell or Bane)
4. What if we didn’t trade for KD at the deadline

Let’s just win a title so we don’t have to relive them forever haha

What if the draft day trade went through and we got Steph Curry?

What if Horry never hip checked Nash into the scorers bench?
