All-star weekend is a joke anymore…. They need to move it to the end of the season or just get rid of it. The dunk contest used to be a lot of fun but even that sucks since you can’t get any real stars to do it.

On a side note…. I caught the end of the rising stars game. I hated Alvarado when he played against us but find myself starting to appreciate his hustle and play. Neat to see a guy go from undrafted to giving CP3 fits.

Seems about right, I dont know if the math is correct off the top of my head, but it'd cost 25m if you count the tax to sign Love and I dont think Ishbia would deem that wise, but idk.

$25m is a bit steep. But regardless of that, I just don't think Love would bring us very much. We need a playoff-eligible backup PG much more.

We're already deep into the luxury tax. Each additional signing is at least double. I'm glad we've got deep pockets now but still have to be somewhat fiscally responsible.

It’s Ishbia’s money and he will likely make a healthy profit from owning the team so I’m not too concerned. I’m more concerned about what Love can bring to the court. If he’s still a solid rebounder who can play alongside Ayton or Biyombo for stretches coz of his outside shooting then we should target him.
