We have been trying to get him for over a decade.

I still think KBD should start. Gordon has his strengths, but he’s lost 3 steps on D and he’s pretty small.

Yeah, either KBD or Okogie. I'd prefer KD at the 3 though so KBD would be my preference.

We have so much versatility now between the 1-4 positions. So many different combinations offensively and defensively we can throw at teams, it’s going to be a blast to watch.

My new updated way to early thoughts on our 10 man rotation right now.

Book-Beal-KD-KBD-Ayton

Goodwin-Gordon-Okogie-Yuta-Eubanks

Payne-DLee-Ish-Todd-Metu

Payne, DLee and maybe Ish, probably will get solid minutes when there’s injury or load management.

Everyone else will be on blowout clean up duties.

kinda feel like Gordon and Goodwin will take our primary guard minutes with Gordon taking most of Payne’s minutes and back up 2 as well. Goodwin defense and energy will earn him 10-15mins a game. Okogie getting minutes at the 2-3 and Yuta getting minutes at the 3-4. Eubanks primary back up 5, possibly playing huge minutes when DA is being a bitch.
This going to be such a fun squad man.

Holy shit. That’s an off-season. He took the minimum? Can’t believe it.
Go Suns!

Yep. It’ll be between him and Okogie but the size and shooting I think gives KBD the ultimate edge.

I really hope to see a KD at 5 line up that looks like Book-Beal-Yuta-KBD-KD. The size and and shooting of those 5

We'll have to figure out what our death lineup looks like. Maybe It's EG-Book-Beal-KD-KBD (at C) and you just run them off the floor or small stretches like what GS used to throw at you in spurts.
Go Suns!

According to Reddit on /r/NBA, we're almost as good as the Lakers now!
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

That's the kind of signing I was looking for - a name vet turning down other teams and taking the minimum to play here. The firepower is going to be ridiculous. If we're closing with Beal, EG, Book, KD and DA, there won't be much teams can do defensively to stop them. And if EG is coming off the bench, we have the dynamic scoring we need next to guys like Okogie, KBD, Yuta, Eubanks.

If anyone else (Oubre?) is willing to take the minimum too, we shouldn’t hesitate to cut Todd. He’s kind of wasting a roster spot.
