If you had told me that Azubuike would be the Suns' #3 scorer tonight at this point of the game and I think we all would know it's another disaster in the making.

Blow it up. There has to be change. You can’t just say we just need Beal. Make a change, roster or coaching or GM.

It's useless to fire our GM since we don't have a lot of options to trade.
But I would gladly welcome a new coach.

I'd be open to the idea of trading anyone on this roster - big 3 included.

I don't understand how Vogel has seemingly lost this team. And I don't understand how a team with Booker and KD on it doesn't hold itself more accountable. Some of the mistakes and inconsistent effort is something you wouldn't see at the high school level.

I wouldn't be surprised if Luka breaks his personal best for points in a game on Christmas day.

Chris Paul is gone. He was the one that kept everyone in check. It's not a coincidence that the best runs were with him.
Jones and Vogel out, Lue or Lee in, draft Grant Nelson or Tyler Kolek.

Disgusting. I don't know why I put myself through this. I'll probably watch the Christmas game but if that is a stinker too I'm probably going to take a break for a while.

Honestly what's the plan to fix this team? We have few tradeable assets. Most of our players are on max or min contracts, and we lost a decade's worth of draft picks.

Azubuike earned more playing time with this effort ... Eubanks has looked a bit lost the past few games.

What the hell is up with Bates-Diop? A DNP?

As far as the game goes, I figured the Kings would win after the Suns cratered during the recent home stand.
Window is open again ... blue skies ahead?

Perhaps continuity is more important than people give it credit for.

We’re just falling apart now. KD not giving a shit on D at all. So bad.

We are heading towards a Christmas Day massacre from the mavericks.

Frank might be gone by the end of the month, maybe you don’t think that’s fair but it’s the truth. Nothing is working, everything is regressing. Unless a dramatic change happens. He’s gone.
We’ve fired six coaches in the last ten years. It doesn’t help.

So? It’s not working. These players aren’t responding. It can’t continue like this.
Firing the coach every year or two and never getting any better can continue, but sucking with the same coach can’t?
Is there a particular coach of the last 10 years you feel shouldn’t have been fired? Do you think Lindsey Hunter or Early Watson got a raw deal? Context matters here. We had a terrible owner, who made terrible decisions which included picking terrible coaches which lead to many firings. You can argue Monty shouldn’t have gotten fired but back to back playoff losses and a new owner who didn’t vibe with him, did him in.

There were big expectations with this team and I get there has been shit hands dealt with this team early but January is almost here, our schedule is about to get really tough. We can’t afford to keep being terrible like this, this conference is too unforgiving.

For me, the biggest factor is that we keep playing and losing the same exact way. It be one thing if we were competitive and stuff just didn’t go our way but that’s not the case here. We’re are barely competitive in these games. You can disagree with firing Frank being the answer but if this continues heads will roll whether we like it or not. I’m just getting Terry Porter vibes with Vogel right now.

I’ll say this, Porter seemed like a damn asshole but Vogel generally seems like a nice dude. It’s just not working out thus far.

Well, I think it's time to remind everyone we lost a pick for tampering with Eubanks.

Had we a good back up point this team could weather not having Beal. Bad offense leads to good looks for the other team and too much pressure on our defense. This team needs a healthy Beal to be good.

Honestly, I think the plan is to hope that everything works out once Beal is healthy, replace the coach with a rookie assistant and trade Bol for 'cash considerations'.

I made a point to watch KD on D this game and it was just such an atrocious effort. He rarely provided help and when he did, he’d do the Ayton thing where someone is about to shoot on him in the paint and he just doesn’t lift his hands to contest. It happened over and over.

I really think back-line help defense is one of our biggest problems right now. It’s so easy to play against us. Pull the big out with a screen, get a green light to the basket. On the off-chance there’s help, kick it out to the 3 point shooter who is likely wide open. On the off-chance the suns actually run out on that shooter, they’re definitely not running out to the shooter who is one pass away. Lather, rinse, repeat. Grayson freaking Allen is our best help defender.

KD’s 7 completely unforced turnovers didn’t help either. Just total sloppiness and apathy.

Stephen is really smart guy, and IIRC, we had a losing record around December/January last year too and we ended up 4th in the conference. So I’m gonna try some positive thoughts and drink some hopium and say we’re gonna get a huge win on Christmas Day, which will be a turning point on our season.

Hell yeah, brother.
