Surprisingly, the Houston Rockets have a better record than us this far into the season. Who called that? Let's see if we can see any progress being made offensively or defensively. The Suns have a lot of soul searching to do. It would be good to see Nurkic back in the lineup.

Gee whiz do we need a win. It’s not a must-win game being this stage of the season, but it’s probably the next tier down. With an eye to where we hope to be at the end of the season (playoffs, positioning) we need to at least start beating the teams need us or just shove in the standings. Oh and start looking like a functioning basketball team. Fingers, toes etc crossed for this one.

According to some sources, it IS must win for our coaching staff.

It’s a shame the stuff in between games is more interesting than what they’re producing on court.

If we lose this game badly, does Vogel get fired? All I know is my gut says maybe.

I think they’ll wait to see what happens when Beal gets back, but if we’re not seeing much improvements soon I wouldn’t be surprised if we see some significant changes to the coaching staff.

I don't see how Beal is gonna fix the defensive laziness and poor shooting from the wide-open role players.

He’s not, but I think Vogel deserves to get a chance to coach the complete team for more than 1 game

Put me into the camp about being more worried about offense thank defense. To me, that is what’s going to be key to this game. If we can score more points then the Rockets tonight, I like our chances.

I had to double check if I was watching the Suns because this team is actually running.

D has looked engaged so far.

Need to stop running offense that results in an Okogie wing 3.

Without having watched every NBA game this season (obviously), I can confidently say the Suns lead the league in unforced passes to the other team.

18 point lead at halftime and still on page one. Phx-suns.net has checked out, just like the team.

Call me crazy but until they can have a great second half I’m not bought in. We’re typically better early on and crap the bed later.

Not often you see a good shooter who'd rather not shoot a 3. It's weird.

Missed the first half but has Udoka earned the 2C spot? Or is Ewwwbanks out?
